    I contacted this company to repair the ice maker on my refrigerator. They charges me $99.95 to visit and analyze the issue. They than charges me $800 on 1/31/24 to order parts. They returned on 2/8/24 to perform repair and charged me the balance of $679.71. The repair did not work! They came back two more times and were not able to produce ice. They called and said they were not able to fix the ice maker. I requested a full refund so the I could engage another repair facility. To date I have received no refund or return call regarding a refund. I am out $1479.71 and no working ice maker. These are irresponsible business people and should not be allowed to do business in **********. Please advise how I might get my money back.     On Oct 22, 2022 Multi Appliance repaired my ** dryer. (I was out of town at the time of the repair and so it was paid by my friend *********************, whose name appears on the invoice.)To my dismay, my dryer again started making noises so I took it apart to try and determine the cause. What I discovered was that only two of the four rollers had been replaced even though the invoice reports that four rollers were replaced.I contacted the company to show them a picture of the rollers and to request a refund. The company responded that they sometimes use different parts in a repair. This would explain the difference in the parts but not the difference in wear and tear and the amount of grime on two of the rollers. I asked the company to examine the actual parts but never heard back from them. As a side note, Multi Appliance charged $250 for parts. When I ordered a new set of rollers, I discovered that these parts are available from the supply house for $48. Because the repair was not completed as reported, the entire repair had to be repeated. As a result, I believe Multi Appliance should refund the cost of their incomplete repair.
