    Terrible. They want to collect the $129.00 service fee and do nothing. Here is what happened.I'm writing this on 9/22 before I forget some of the details.The technician ******* from Multi Appliance repair arrived on September 22 about 2:54 pm. I directed him to the kitchen. I explained that the ** refrigerator was set at 33 degrees, but the interior temperature was 42. It never gets any colder. I demonstrated the temperature using a NIST-certified kitchen thermometer (Thermoworks Thermapen 1) inserted into cup of water that had been cooling for 8 hours. It read 42 degrees.The technician pt his hand into the refrigerator and declared that it was just fine. He could tell that it was 35 degrees, not 42. He said that my thermometer was no good because they lose calibration over time.He stated that he could replace the control board for $700, or the compressor for much more money and that might fix it (tacitly admitting that there was a problem). He said it possibly had a refrigerant leak, but he would replace the compressor anyway./At no time did he do any diagnostics of any kind, not even an independent temperature check with his own thermometer. He did no work of any kind - just argued with me.He declared that the ** refrigerators were junk and implied that the problems were my fault for buying an unreliable ******* paid the $129.00 service call fee, even though no work of any type was done.I have B.S. degrees in both Physics and Electrical Engineering, and worked for 40 years as a registered ******* Systems Engineer.

    The technician arrived and was very courteous. He explained exactly what was wrong with my tumble dryer and how I could prevent it from happening again. He quickly fixed the issue. The only drawback was that it cost a little bit more than I had anticipated.
