    Today I am registering a complant with the Quality Inn. I recently placed in a reservation at the Quality Inn in Palm Springs, California, only to find out that my reservation has been taken away from me. On 10/23/2022 I made a reservation on line for the Quality Inn and was surprised to find out today that my reservation has been taken away from me for no apparent reason. I received an email from the hotel saying that my reservation for the Quality Inn at 1/15/2023-1/15/2023 has been cancelled. That fact is that I never did no such thing. I had contacted customer service many times (both nation line and the hotel) to investigate this issue. They also said that I made the cancelation, in which I never did. The customer service people gave me the runaround when I just ended up talking to some guy in India, and he did not have clue about anything. They insisted that I should make another reservation and whip out my credit card. That's when I told them to go "jump into the lake". I had no intention of canceling my reservation. I am also closing my account with these people and I will never use them again. I don't feel safe using their services anymore. I am requesting an investigation into this matter, and demand an apology. I have been very loyal to this hotel chain, but now I have lost all hope. Thank you for your time and help in this matter.
