    On October 17, 2024, we ordered a custom dash cover from this company in the amount of $291.50. Since then, **** tried to contact the company through email and over the phone several times and have not been able to get any answers or details on this item and when it should be delivered. And its been over three months and we still dont have the item.

    I've been waiting on a refund of over ***** dollars for a month now, I call everyday, get no where. This is unexceptable behavior. They received the product back in perfect condition not used. Their sight states refunds in a timely matter, a month and counting is not timely. I have tracking numbers for all items returned 2 days after receiving it. Plus I paid $367.00 to return it, I'm not looking to get that back but I do expect my $1195.50 please

    This order was placed on 6/4/24, for a large "RV Travel Deck".  It was drop shipped to our customer, from a 3rd party manufacturer on 6/11/24.  On 6/17/24, our customer complained that the legs of the Deck Step were too short for her use, and that she would like to return it for a refund".  We acknowledged that the product may indeed be returned, as we always offer a 30-Day-Return privilege on everything we sell.  We immediately contacted the manufacturer and made arrangements to accept the merchandise back and to provide a refund.  On 6/21/24, we received acknowledgement from our vendor that they received the returned merchandise, and that it would be inspected for damage and returned to inventory.  Following the inspection and inventory return, on 7/17/24, we did in fact credit our customers credit card for the full amount of the merchandise returned.  I personally called and spoke with the customer, that very same day, directly after the refund had been issued to let her know the credit was given, and to personally apologize that the product did not work out for her.  I also apologized that this product took some time to return, due primarily to the fact that it was shipped from and returned to a 3rd party vendor and required inspection.  We have been in business for 40 years, since 1983.  We process a lot of orders, and try our very best to beat and exceed all our customers expectations, by providing top-of-the-line products, at industry low prices, with excellent service.  We always try to go the extra mile with each and every customer, on every order, no matter how large or small.  We value our customers business and satisfaction very much, and we are sorry this product did not work out for her.

    I purchased rv shades on December 21st, 2023, from R V Toystore/Sunguard and paid $311.20 for them. I thought they would ship out right away as the website said. After over 5 weeks and emailing the company several times I have not received them. They keep pushing the ship date back, so I have emailed them requesting a full refund. Now they do not respond to my 3 emails, and I have not been given a refund. It has been so long that I do not need the purchase anymore and want a full refund for what I paid for and never received. I feel like this poor company has stolen my money.
