    Worst business I have dealt with .never received my my dash covers or reimbursed. Talked on phone several times still no refund. Don't deal with them

    My husband and I ordered a sunscreen with a set promise date if we purchased it at that time. So we did. Didnt arrive on the promise date. Have made phones called, email inquires and NO ONE even calls you back. Have no idea if we will even get it after we return from the trip that we needed it for! Cant get any answers.

    Upon the recommendation of a good Friend, we decided to purchase a set of windshield covers including driver's and passenger's windows. We measured the windows and finalized the transaction. We agreed to an install date and arranged for an over night stay for the installation. We also agreed to call the store as we passed through town confirming the site we would be in. during the period between order and arrival, I attempted numerous phone calls and email messages to confirm all was in place. I received no reply, but my paymnnt had been posted to my credit card. When we called the store as agreed, we were advised that the screns were not made as there was a fabric shortage but the install would take place. The next day, the install was cancelled as the installer was in the hospital, so we wasted a $ 50 overnight stop, and advised we would be back on our return trip in about 6 weeks. During our trip, we decided to upgrade our order to include the rest of our RV's windows. I again tried email and telephone, but got nothing. Upon our retuen to the States, I was able to call the store to upgrade our order and paid the added costs. A second installation charge was to be paid to the installer. We made another $ 50 reservation, and when we called to confirm we had arrived, we were again advised that our shades were not yet completed, and were assured they would be ready the next day. The installer did arrive with the shades with only an hour left to check out of the Park. The install was complete, a bit late, and the installer was paid. The problem is that the shades, though paid for in advance, were not made until we arrived. Due to the required change of agreement, I had to shorten our trip visiting Friends and Family, pay for a second overnight stay and another reservation so we could get home safely. My out of pocket was over $ 125., an extra 2 nites of reservations and disruption of our planned trip schedule, for a purchase in advance. Most inconvenient.
