    Buffalo ************* ******* the Shell gas station has the rudest manager Ive ever come across in my life. Told me to go get my ID just to aggravate my son whos mentally ill because he upset this man so I get back with my ID to buy cigarettes for my son who left his at home and he wouldnt sell them to me after I went home and got them instead of telling me that he would not sell me cigarette. He let me go home and get my ID. And then was a rude jerk which upset my son, who is mentally ill, and now hes in a mental institution because he flipped out. So yeah, I will not be coming back to this gas station or any of your gas stations until you can find a manager that appropriately handles situations like this. Hes not only been rude to me. Hes been very rude my friends that go in there. You need to do something about this guy. I know you wont because youre just a corporation that wont care about their customers and thats OK. Thats why Im leaving my review. He didnt even want to tell me I was allowed back in there. Because I asked him personally, I called. Told me not to bring son back, but could not tell me that Im allowed back in there. So yeah, you better do something about this guy.
