    Zero rating. They do not fix anything. Only contact you about rent. Maintenance never shows. No answer when you call. Building falling apart. Nothing works. Cant even get working heat in my apartment went 2 weeks without water work they didnt even take anything off rent. They **** con artist. Needs to be shut down.

    Promises and sells us a dream and never accomplishes any of it. Rented us a house that was red tagged and didn't accommodate our moved ro another property. Lived in the house for 10 days and was asked to relocate. Had us in hotel where elderly mother got sick because of stress and collapsed 4 times and ended in hospital for a month!

    Not even the manager has been able to help us get help we are on day seven of mold and leaks we have documented everything someone please help

    We have a new on- site manager here at ****************** his name is ***** * and he is the best manager that I've seen here and I have been living here for 4 yrs and 6 months* ***** has given this building a whole new look he has painted just about every corner of this building inside and out* he has installed new windows and blinds to alot of units* he is very professional and kind hearted* and is always fixing things in tenants apartments* he has made ******************************************************* a safe place to live and I appreciate him I am 60 yrs old and State disabled and use a wheelchair he truly is an ***** and God sent please come apply at this building to live* you'll be glad that you did "Seeing? is believing" I give Bridge Management 5 stars and I give ***** 100 stars Sincerely *********************** in apt 6

    Bridge Management *** ***********. Does not know how to manage properly. The house my family and I rent from this company has walls that are not steady. Windows that are s**** to the wall in case of a fire this will become a deadly trap. Since day one we took pictures of all the house and almost 2 years now and still the same. The roof is leaking, they make up balance that you dont owe. Everything I check my receipt and I ask **** what was the balance about he tell me dont worry it is because you always paid really early and this month you just paid on time for me was a dump explanation with all the respect. Not only that but they try to charge you more with out making any fix to the property also they try to charge you previous tenants water bill. Please investigate this business as soon as possible.

    If I could give them a negative star I would. They make no repairs and when we finally stopped paying the rent due to unsafe conditions, they tried to snake the pipe for two days. When they couldn't fix it, they gave ** a 3 day or quit. Looks like we are going to court. Never rent from them. Complete slumloards.

    Their 909 offices are poorly managed. Never do business with this company. They do NOT do their background through the people they rent properties to. When contacted the office very unprofessional and rude. This is not a knowledgeable company with bad reputation.
