    I Rented the property June 2024. It was sold to bridge management in August 2024. Then on *** had major issues the ceiling fan flew off there is mold growing in my newborn babies room they have yet to fix the bath tub has a huge hole in it Ive submitted over 12 work orders and spoke with 5 different people I have reported them to California health department nothing has changed I need assistance

    Aug 21 2023 just 11 days after moving in it rained horrendously resulting in my house to leak it wasnt till October of 2023 that Bridge Management claims to have made repairs fast forward to January ******* we finally got rain and my ceiling has leaked resulting in the ceiling to split up revealing the damages from the inside I have made multiple attempts to have them come out to make the proper repairs and nothing has been done I have even involved both city and public health since this is currently a uninhabitable place to stay . I reached out to both management and my manager and both fail to communicate I have left work early on multiple occasions to try to accommodate bridge management and nothing has been done me and my children are stuck in a home that seems to be growing mold and from what public health has advised me that this unit is not only a health concern but also a safety concern she even submitted a referral to building and safety

    Slim lords ,I'm on section 8 an this Apt is so old an the management are so horrible I never get anything fixed an things r getting worse day to day...Last summer I didn't have no a/ c this winter no heat an my shower/ tub is ******,so if my is the so is the neighbors ...help please or injus need to move need help with that to....thank you

    The sink in bathroom has what looks like its mold in it. Ive asked the manager to put in a work order in October 2024 and still has not been looked at.

    I have asked multiple times for 2 years for my bedroom window to be fixed we have been sleeping in this apartment in fear we have been bitten by spiders in ants Ive been to the hospital twice for bug bites raining in our room because the windows have been broken for more than two years cars have been towed do to having park on the streets

    Since I moved into this apartment around June, there have been problems, and I informed the manger of these problems that feel were very important, they said central air and the air conditioner does not work nor Does the heater this has been going on since we moved in. I have small children and let the manger know this I have put in work orders multiple times to the bridge management and to the manager about this issue. I had to come out of my pocket and buy and ****** mobile air conditioner. And now that its getting cold I have to get a heater which cost from 200 or ******************************************** but nobody ever came.I have plug for the socket that have the wires showing I plug up on iteam coffee pot and while pull the plug bout the nails came out the wall. The nails were never hammer in or screwed in the wall. Went to the other socket and plugged in an air fryer and the same thing happen the plug came out of the wall. It was painted over I sent pictures to show but it was painted over but never screwed in or Hammered.Tile on the floor is cracked and pieces of the counter tops are chip and are cracking as well. When you open the door there is a crack and tile crack that need to be filled because of bugs I informed them of that and I need a work order for the plugs and the floor because the socket is a safety issues so that should been priority word are exposed and didnt wanna touch it.The bath room tube was clogged and water was not able to go down for multiple days then turn to months I finally rent the equipment to fix it and unclogged, I got the maintenance person to come in and look at it and said he going to put work order in and come back fix it, when that didnt happen I did it my self. I ask again bridge mangment again I have no air conditioner or heat and my plugs are coming out the wall. Nothing has happen and I need this to on record, they did not come in timely manner something doesnt seem right, hope u can help, thank you

    My management company will not fix the air condition unit in my home we are in a stream heat watch I have a newborn baby and a 75-year-old woman living in my home I have asked for several months now and they have done nothing but send a technician out that said we needed a new unit thank you.

    I live at **************************************************************************** when I moved here, it was Ie Rental. They have been slumlord so many complaints. They change their name to Bridge management 1. my ** leaks water into my daughters closet 2. The plumbers came to fix a pipe. Left it open in front of my house now Ive got rodents, 3 water damage in my bathroom has eaten the plaster off The walls tiles are missing in the bathroom rodents have ate a hole in my kitchen plaster behind the refrigerator. I need help to get all the work that I put in work orders for Bridge manage to be completed , they say they will come and never show up to and when they do fix the ** two days later. It was leaking again my daughter bedroom closet Need help to fix all these maintenance problems. I called the health department. They came and looked at the house. They said they would talk to Bridge Management. Nothing was done from them as well.
