I saw an ad for sleep sox that encouraged circulation. I only wanted one pair, but their offer was buy two, get one free. Not only were the Sox several sizes too small, I wrote a letter of complaint and received this: Total purchase amount $5.30 USD Amount refunded $5.30 USD Actually, the charge was more than $50. Transaction 1/12/ 2014 Got buy two, get one free deal.Unbeknownst to me,,,,,This also signed me up for" revere" service which I was unaware of. Since my initial payment of $46.70 ,I had also been charged an additional $3.21,$20.33 ( revere service)and had an additional pending revere charge of $20.33. They did refund the $3.21,one of the $20.33 charges, but one $20.33 charge for "revere" service for Feb is still pending. They also refunded $25.96 0f the initial $46.70 charge. As I see it they still owe me $20.74.There are multiple BBB complaints that the Dr ***** also doing business as sock soothers.com is a complete and total scam,. January 10, 2024 I offered sock soothers as advertised. They said "one size fits all," but that is not true. One size probably fits a 10 year old. I should have read all the reviews/complaints first and not ordered. I emailed them over 2 weeks ago, with no response. Now I called and not only will they not refund the shipping cost, but I have to pay the shipping cost to return. So I'm losing abouit $10 to a dishonest, scamming company. This transaction has all the signs of a scam including the handling by the customer service team.The socks dont even go half way on my size 10 foot and I was offered about half of the money I paid for returning the product. The socks are just cheaply made product that I was still happy to keep if at least I could get them on my feet.In the aftermath, I reviewed customer complaints, and it is clear to me that the company does not have any viable product or business plan. They only rely on statistical manipulation schemes to take advantage of trusting customers and keeping all or part of the customer money after the sale.. They do so consistently and make plenty of money though providing ZERO value to their unsuspecting customers and sometimes, a partial refund. Fraudulently All The Way!,,
