I purchased 2 pair of Dr ************************** and got 1 additional pair for free. I was billed $47.96 on Feb.20, 2023 but socks were not received until March. After trying on 1 psir of these socks, the socks started unraveling at the top. I called the company to request a refund and was told that provided the socks had not been worn and were in their original packaging, I could send them back for a refund less the shipping & handling fee but if the socks had been used they couldn't refund my money. I sent the socks back in April, 2023. To date I have not received any refund. I would like to get back my money paid less the shipping & handling fee of $3.95 for a refund of $44.01.

I bought 3 pairs. They caused great pain while wearing them. They did not reduce swelling. One size does not fit all. I do not have intense swelling but I had to battle to get them on. A horrible experience and I want to return them and get a refund!

I'm so disappointed with the order of 3 pair of Dr. Sock Soothers compression socks purchased on the 22nd of February. I contacted the "Dr. Sock Soothers" company prior to my purchase, b/c I wear a size eleven shoe. I was told the socks are, one size fits all; this is an outright misrepresentation of the sock size. The socks I ordered were delivered today. I could not get one of these "compression socks" on a foot. They are so small and poorly made with the thread shredding when trying to stretch the sock to get it on. The thread in one sock came completely apart while trying to get it on my foot. I've been duped. One-size does not fit all. By reading the BBB and internet complaints about this company, it appears, this is an ongoing practice of the company. Trying to get a refund is another issue. This is the email sent to me from ***** (Dr ***** when requesting refund:We can refund 65% from the amount of the item right now - and you can keep the items. In the end, you don't have to make a special trip to the post office or pay for shipping (which could end up costing you more). You also get to keep the items and we can process your refund right away! This is how the scam goes. They probably pay one or two dollars per pair for these socks, it says clearly on the package "made in *****". My cost was $45.87 for three pair this includes postage $3.95. You subtract postage and they are suppose to sent you 65% of your cost. You get a refund of $27.27 minus a S&H fee. This is how the scam works. They profit 35% plus the S&H fee. This gives them a profit off every order and you and I get screwed. They don't care if the socks fit you or not; they make a profit. The company is stealing and inconveniencing unaware consumers and the company knows It. I'm not sure how they manage to stay in business or why the ************************** doesn't do something? How many consumers have to get duped before something is done. I requesting a full refund of $45.87.

Paid $41.43 on 01/13/2023 For three compression socks which do not fit [too small]. Called, and they said all compression socks are the same size. I am size 12 shoe and they cannot be put on my feet, I tried. So then I was told I had to pay to send them back to their return center. They said it might cost up to $18! This is postage for socks that only weigh a few ounces for each package.I was about to hang up when the woman I was talking to said they could alternatively refund to my credit card $20.97 of the $41.43 I paid!! I thought about the hassle of returning things for "maybe" a refund, and took the $20.97 refund to my credit card. The refund was done to the card a couple days later. They said "one size fits all". Not true.So now I have three pairs of useless compression socks for which I paid $20.46.I am taking the time to post this so that others reading it will NOT be taken in by this company. Make sure you buy a pair that can be used by you. And NOT from this company!!

12/8/22 I ordered 4 pairs of socks , finally received order 12/31/22. I noticed there wasnt a material disclosure so I searched on the internet and discovered ******* sells much less but also gave the disclosure that there was a CA warning for lead! I would never have bought had I known. There is a law that requires material to be disclosed but nothing is on package. After many emails dr ***** said they would give me 60% and keep socks or return unopened for refund but I have to pay shipping! I already paid too much for shipping to receive order! I also had opened and tried a pair on before checking for material online. They are supposed to be one size fits all but they hurt and I take a size 6. This company didnt care ! I want a full refund and for them to pay shipping because of their deceptive business practices ! Order number is (2639C7322B) $51.95 for socks and $13.90 for shipping !

Placed an order for socks on 8/4/22 for $27.16, placed a second order for socks and shoe inserts on the same day for $71.04. On 8/8/22 I received an email stating my order way on its way, name and address on order were all correct. Nothing came, waited, waited. On August 20th I checked the tracking number on the order, it showed the order had been given to ******************** on 8/8/22 @ 5pm, it was transferred to **** in *******, ** on 8/12/22 @1:53pm. Arrived at *********** ***** on 8/12/22 @ 3:08pm. On 8/13/22 @8:10am it was out to delivery to **************************. 8/13/22 @4:41pm it is marked Addressee Unknown; item was returned to the sender because addressee was not known at the delivery address noted on the package. I have lived at this address for 20+ years and never had any problem with receipt of any packages. I was home and no attempt was made by **** to deliver the package. I contacted the #************ customer service on 8/29/22 spoke with **** who told me to wait a week, in the meantime she would put a message to the warehouse to see if the package had been received. I was upset but agreed. I followed up on 8/31/22 to same phone #, spoke with ***** (Supervisor) who checked the system, still no package. She told me I have to wait 15 business days before reshipment. I wanted to cancel and request refund. She advised hey don't refund. I told her that was not a good business practice, and I would be filing a complaint. I will be writing the Palo Alto location for a refund. $98.20 is a large amount of money to lose, and I am not sure if this company is showing good faith or good business practice
