    The company upgraded us without permission to an account with bills us for services we don't use. They provided billing services for one of our customers. We were told by our customer that there would be no charge to our small company to use the services. SAP Ariba upgraded us to an enterprise account and then started charging us. I have reached out dozens of times to try to get this fixed and they have repeatedly ignored me. Now they are trying to bully me because I refused to pay the bill. I feel that I have been scammed and the bill is fraudulent. This has been going on for months now. I am worn out with the goliath mentality they have taken.

    We have been going round and round with SAP Ariba for charging us a fee to submit invoices to a customer that uses their system for their accounting system. They refuse to talk to us about these charges and only point us to their fee schedule for their services. When we signed up for the Ariba service to invoice a client, per our customer request, it was a free service until we hit an invoicing threshold. Then they started to invoice us with no option to decline the service because we would not be able to invoice the customer. We already pay thousands of dollars for the accounting system that we chose and use to invoice and issue purchase orders. We now have to pay extra for another invoicing system for this one client. This despicable company is now profiting from our small businesses and taking advantage of the fact that we are forced to use their substandard product we did not pick to use. We are being bullied and entrapped by the fact that our client has chosen to use their system as their accounting system and charge our company for their use. Invoices for their software use keep coming in. SAP refuses to discuss these charges and constantly threatens to lock our ability to submit our invoices to our client unless we continue to pay.
