  Memberships are the biggest scam and customer service is one of the dumbest ai Ive seen. My emails have went unanswered and cant get a real person to respond to anything on any network.

  If you are looking for a platform, to learn chess, where you can solve puzzles, and partake in knowledgeable lessons, this is not the site for you. First and foremost, their "free" trial isn't exactly free. They have fine print in which they can charge for the whole year, even if you cancel early. I canceled early and when I took the matter to them, they were going to charge me until I got my bank and BBB involved. All I can say is if you are reading this and intend to give the "free trial" a shot, just take a screenshot of when you start the trial, and when you end it. I recommend lichess.com same concept, and their free version includes puzzels, and like 20 lessons. Also, a very cool feature that they have are live games playing real time in their lobby of top rated players.

  Chess.com close my account that my son uses to play, after two months and I've paid for 1 year. "We noticed some suspicious activity in your Chess.com games and unfortunately have had to close your account."My son plays very well.He wins 3rd place last year at Regionals. This year he got 1st place and then 2nd place at Regionals Tournament.He qualified for State Tournament in ******.My son was accused of cheating because he win 20 games in a row.It was no proof, just they said it was suspicious activity.

  This is a horrible platform and support. I played a lot of daily games, spent a lot of time to build my ranking and when I won with better player (+500 points) they closed my account without sending me any details. I spent a month to proof my chess skills (providing national chess ranking, chess referee licence etc ) and nothing happened. They propose me to open 2nd chance account and start playing at begging.There is no possibility to defend on chess.com. they always wrote that that decision is final, but they do not sent any arguments/details.

  If I can give **** score I will however 1 s Star review indicate how bad is chess.com. There arre several things chich makes chess.com the most bizarre playing website.1. The website ptovides elite players extra time which means on short games after each move they get extra time. This makes chess.com unfair and not trusted site. There are many other players which in one mi Ute game their speed is faster than a computer which bring the point that many players get extra time.2. Several players are banned and their account closed for fair play violation policy. This means that if you play well against a well above strong player you are banned. No proof just an arbitrary decision. They do not give you the money back as banned member so if you paid $96 for one year and they ban you after 7 months they should give back five month of membership which comes T $40 they never pay back they steal your money.3. ****. Im pretends that they have hundred of thousand members which translate of million dollars revenue, for such revenues they should have an e cell ent customer service. In fact thre is no customer service, just email contact. I hope someone takes them to court to pay dearly for such inconvenient. Chess is a fun game at least at lichess.com which in the best chess website. Chess.com is good for elite members and I wish peoples abandon this website, then they will learn the *******

  I have been playing chess daily on chess.com for over a decade. Two days ago they muted my account indefinitely for supposedly violating their community guidelines. However, they did not indicate how I violated their community guidelines. I never cheat and I never did anything wrong. Im simply stunned!

  I have been a member since 2009 and I have played thousands of games. I've been a paying member (at the highest tier) for years as well. However, suddenly, they accused me of cheating and then closed my account. I appealed, but was denied. I have NEVER cheated and would not cheat. This is complete ******** demand a resolution to this.

  LOL! A genuine bot saturated site. I play almost daily on several sites and chess.com throws mostly bots with phony profiles and photos lifted off the internet at you. I think maybe one out of every 50 games is is with a real person. They really should call it chessbot.com!

  Chess.com app is linked to scammers who claimed they were going to pay me $1000 ******* gift cards but who only spent hours of my time collecting my information and then vanished?
