    I've paid a fee to Duda for both a mobile and a desktop website. ********** website is not working and has not been published, despite following all of the instructions provided by Duda. This has hurt my business, which relies heavily on the mobile website. I have tried many times to get in touch with Duda via the website chat and email, but they never provide a live person to help. The website chat is a bot that provided instructions that did not work to publish. - On Jan 7, 2025, I paid $348 for the mobile website - ********** website has not worked since I paid the $348, and I am unable to get support from Duda despite my consistent efforts. - I need a refund of my $348 as I've received no value for what I paid, and Duda has made it impossible to get in touch with customer support who can help. Again, my business has been negatively impacted by this issue with Duda. - My account number with ********************** is identifiable by my email: ******************************

    This complaint raised from a customer on a legacy **************************** website plan that was no longer supported, and has not been supported for at least five yaers. This was communicated to the customer. The Customer's $348.00 was returned and he successfully cancelled his subscription.

    I have been paying for a store service that is extra every month in addition to my site. I updated my website and when I did so my store featured stopped working. I initially requested assistance on 6/7/2023 and after multiple attempts at getting help I am still getting zero help days after waiting for updates and even asking for updates in that time frame and being ignored. I am paying for a service I am not being provided.

    Change of ownership, duda is hosting website need to make adjustments, will not address the needs. We have contacted them with no response.

    Dear BBB I filed a complaint before and they ignored it and i simply swallowed the bitter pill however I had an even bigger issue this company was hosting my website and never billed me just tossed down the website and called it a day I wrote to them over and over trying to get my site and take it elsewhere since they clearly did not want my business and again its like talking to a wall when it comes to anything I want you to file this complaint if you must seek assistance from Counsil or any federal agency then please do so I need a closure from the company in order to take the next legal step only after you have done your fine service in trying to help me get this resolved just to make it crystal clear i have not started any legal case against Duda I intend to take it that route or arbitration via your service only after this process of the complaint so please process my complaint as normal without trying to stash it away as I will take it above your counsil into the Attorney General if it gets refused on your part thank you I need this company to talk to me and resolve my issue

    I am so upset with this company I kept getting a blank bill for months I did not know I had paid for a full year so a week ago they shut down my website not a single try to reach out except today I get a bill for **** something I am upset as my sells went down hill here in *** ***** I had an average of ****** dollars for every two weeks and Now I am lucky to have **** the site was more of a display and people would text our text line to make purchases and get free delivery and now I am stuck with ******** of ******** and no ***** I need help to get my ******* back up
