    I am penning down this review with a heavy heart, as my experience with Duda has left me feeling deeply betrayed and disheartened. My journey with Duda began when I received a call from one of their "salespeople" who, in hindsight, turned out to be a master of upselling. They pitched to me a "DIY" builder with promises of it being the ultimate solution to attracting more clients and growing my business. However, what transpired during this interaction was a lack of transparency that left me stunned.Throughout the sales process, pricing was shrouded in mystery, only revealing its staggering magnitude right at the very end. It felt as though I was cornered into making a purchase I wasn't fully prepared for. To this day, I am being billed a hefty $2000 per month for a service that I never had the chance to utilize. What's even more disheartening is the fact that they decided to cancel my legacy account, which had been a part of my digital toolkit since 2016.The consequences of this ordeal have been nothing short of disastrous for my business. I firmly believe that I deserve access to my old Duda account, which contains a plethora of websites that I had diligently built over the years. Why should I continue to bear these exorbitant fees when I never reaped the benefits of their services?My sincere advice to anyone considering Duda's "DIY" builder is to exercise caution. Not only did they disable my account, but they also burdened me with fees that more closely resemble monthly rent payments than fair compensation for website services. It is deeply disappointing to encounter what feels like a complete lack of ethical conduct on their part. In light of my experience, I strongly urge potential customers to stay away from this particular offering if they wish to safeguard their accounts and avoid falling prey to these questionable business practices.
