*** ******** WAS MY TECH. HE QUICKLY HELPED ME GIVE HIM CONTROL OF MY COMPUTER AND REMOVED TWO ANTI-VIRUS PROGRAMS THAT WERE STOPPING ME FROM INSTALLING SYSTEM MECHANIC PROFESSIONAL. I'M 86 AND I WAS HAVING DIFFICULTY WITH OTHER TECHS BEFORE ***, WHO WERE NOT WORKING FOR USTECH SUPPORT, TO JUST GET INTO THE SOFTWARE THAT ALLOWED A TECHNICIAN TO CONTROL MY COMPUTER. *** WAS EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND GAVE ME EASY INSTRUCTIONS AND WAS QUICK.
