KP is the WORST health care available. Unresponsive. Does not communicate with you or the medical staff/specialists that they refer you to. I was double charged, overcharged made to pay for services that were required for diagnosis and then they did not respond to the doctors office so I was left paying the bill. They do not care. The organization is negligent and what they do should be illegal. Their "customer service" is nonextant and I would have been better off not receiving a call back. Thank you for nothing. KP is the reason it is not worth it to go to the doctor.

Worst medical care you could ever ~ NOT ~ receive. Every time Ive tried to get taken care of, my appointments are cancelled, not available, Ive walked into the ** and have been treated like an inconvenience. Ive now put off my care so long, that Ive developed a heart disease. Im 25 years young, very healthy, dont smoke or drink and introverted (I dont cause scenes when I walk into the **). I havent seen the same doctor TWICE at Kaiser and I have the highest coverage and have been with them for 7 years. I cant believe weve been paying 10s of ****s of dollars for insurance that they dont even let me use!

The way that this company charts is borderline offensive and is absolutely unprofessional. The lack of ability to use medically professional terms was staggering. The lack of medical knowledge was even worse. I dont think I met with one doctor that didnt seem to have a personality disorder.

The worst insurance company available. DO NOT USE KAISER PERMANENTE!! Very difficult to schedule an appointment with a "specialist." Locations are out of the way. Most doctors do not accept ********************** insurance. Phone operators answer with a pre-scripted monologue. Impossible to speak with your assigned primary care doctor's ******* You must use the ********************** private messaging service. You cannot email, call, or text your primary care doctor. ********************** is the epitome of the overpriced, mismanaged, and dysfunctional *********** System available in the ***.

I called the customer service to check if my therapy would be covered and the operator said "yes it would be covered. So, I submitted my claim to find that I can only submit by mail and they would "respond within 90 days" this is unacceptable slow to me and I don't know why I can't do it in an online form. So it took me a few months to find out my claims all came back denied. When I called to clarify, the operator said that the other operator "shouldn't have said that I would be covered for this". The only thing they could do was open a claim for me to get that call investigated. Months later I call back to check the status of my claim and the representative said there is no record of any investigation being started for my issue. Their member services number even added an automated voice disclaimer that warns that no matter what the representatives say is covered, it is not guaranteed. So, in summary I did my due diligence calling in and checking if I would be covered but they gave me the wrong info and won't fix this problem and they even lie when they say they are looking into the problem. Absolutely criminal the way this business runs

NEGLIGENCE This institution should be shut down after what has experienced last night and this whole week. There was/is a whole lot of lack of communication going on. Negligence on many levels and the disregard for patient comfort and dignity. I would also like to add, medical gaslighting.Shame on you Kaiser

One probable cause is Kaiser now treats non-members. For instance, Kaiser now accepts non-Kaiser patients such as California Covered; which defeats the purpose of paying Kaiser ***************** Governor ****** promised free healthcare and Kaiser members got what they voted for.

Been a Kaiser member for 23 years and was always satisfied up until 3 years ago. Kaiser has never recovered from the pandemic. My primary care physician is no longer treating patients. The one I was reassigned to had no appointments. I need to see a Dr for a non emergency situation. Chose another doctor who had video appointments available and only a month wait. Today (day of appointment) I find out the appointment was cancelled without informing me. I now have a live appointment set 3.5 months from now.
