  So I had these guys build a site for our electrical company about a year and a half ago. First off, they advertise a cheap price, and you start with that, then it's oh, you want hosting, oh you need a domain, oh you want email, oh you want a photo gallery. It was always a little at a time, so then your ****** about the extra charged, your like ****, im already in $1000. Can't turn around now. Before I knew it, we were in for 3500, then they still wanted more to optimize, or even to publish to ******, finally just got website with none of the marketing they wanted to add on. Immediately had issues with their webmail syncing the map to outlook. Called them about it. Wanted to charge 500 to sync it. Had to bug them to get back end credentials. After I wrote them a bad review. The guy called me begging me to take it down and synced email and gave me log ******* forward 7 months. Today a customer calls me and says my ********************** is a big warning screen about my page being infected with male ware and viruses. No buttons for other pages. Just red screen, yellow warning triangle and the message. I email my Indian guy named ***** ********. He tells me these things can happen when I don't have the maintenance and security plan.I decide it looks fishy, so I go log in to the backdoor, and see an administrator logged in on 4/16 and uploaded the pics of triangle, red screen and message. Same day that admin created a new page. I was able to delete it, made myself a new admin log in, but still can't delete or even change other admin password.Huge scam artist. Completely shady to try to ****** their customers.

  On 28 August 2023 I payed USD$699 to this company to create my business web page. I received several upsell offers which I refused. It was clear in our discussion that everything would be covered with the USD$699, and I mentioned that further offers were not appreciated. I provided all photos and information required for the page to be created as well as filing out a long questionnaire. I was rushed to do this within 2 calendar days. After completing this, I was put on the phone with a gentleman who asked me word for word the same questions as the questionnaire. I found there were a number of redundancies, all of which consumed a great deal of time. I ended up having to do the questionnaire a second time.After some time I was offered a page that had many errors, incorrect prices, badly stretched or skewed photos of products and other issues that made the page unsatisfactory. The quality would have been better has it been a few AI generated page.At this point I had asked for my money back. I was told by the representative I had spoken to that I would get a new designer. This new designer has told me many times that the page would be live in 24 hours. It's now been 10 months and no page, I've made several requests for everything to be turned over to me. These requests have gone ignored. I have most recently asked for a refund of my money and expressed in not interested in a compromise, which I'm told I can do at anytime if unsatisfied, to which a gentleman named **** said he would have their finance department call me. I've received no call and no refund. This business send to be a scam.

  We paid WebsHusky web design $750.00 on February 20, 2024 in a contract where we were told we could have our money back at anytime. Very quickly we didnt like their style, and asked for our money back. They have been very rude, and are not responding to is any longer. It is has been two weeks since they told us that their compliance department would contact us. We have not heard anything and we see they are reading our messages but not responding. We want our money back.We contacted another web designer with a similar name while trying to get a hold of them and he said that other people have mistaking gotten ahold of him with similar complaints as us. This company is not operating fairly and stealing peoples money.
