    Terrible Customer Service. ***********. Aggressive Men berating women and women owned businesses. Foul language. Threats and Harassment!I reached out to inquire about having a website built.**** one of the techs was pushy and did not listen. He even yelled at me because I asked if they were in a call center because of all the background noise. He hung up. I was connected to another individual named ****. He was WORSE than ****. He not only yelled at me continuously, he called me rude then told me he would see me in hell! Then he proceeded to send a chat with a smiley face calling me "piece of S(ugar) H(****) I(ced) T(ea)" and to "get off their website"! What kind of customer service is that??Both were Arab men. The website company advertises $149 but then stated it would actually cost over $1000-$2000.

    I ordered 2 pro business packages from them in 2022. I was clear up front that this would be a slow process for me. They assured me that was fine. My assistant took over and they assigned me someone named ****** who appears to be a spoiled teen, refusing virutally every request, stating 'it isn't included', despite proof that they'd already done it for both websites. Now I'm being given the silent treatment. I had my assistant send a final demand letter for breach of contract, which they ignored, and now I'm having to *** them. I reached out via chat on their website to contact their legal team directly, and was told 'support' would get right back to me within 15 mins with the info I was requesting. It's been hours, and nothing came. I'll just turn it over to my assistant, but they have been a nightmare to work with. They're very inconsistant with fulfilling their 'promises', they dislike going at your pace, they prefer their own, and while some employees seem nice, others are downright hostile. You never know what you're going to get but I do know that what you may get is screwed out of your money. Keep looking.

    I am not happy with this company whatsoever they took advantage of me Ive been charged over $15,000 for them to bill me a website. Their salesman got into my head to basically empty my bank for the type of money that I spent with this company I felt that they shouldve been very Better and nicer to me. I feel that I was bully. Some of the guys had got attitudes with me, but I did not want to get a attitude back because I knew it was gonna lead to this situation right here so basically I was told that if I spend this much money, I will get this then I will get this done and then I will get this done, so when that time has came when I paid that much money now they transferred me to somebody else and they told me you have to get this if you want me to do this for you right here and I was like well I paid for that already didnt I know you did you only pay for the website to get made and now you have to get the back door built Im like where the other money for them why are yall charge me all this money its just so much that Ive been through my credit score went from 7:50 to 5:24 because I took a loan out happy as h*** thinking that Im going to have my business up and running with this company, and they were gonna do all the promotion for me and make all this media for me and now come to find out Im in debt I dont ********** and I thought I was gonna be able to leave my kids when I die. so now I try to call them I leave messages at first I dont get an attitude with them to call me back. They never called me back. I called them 3. 2nd time I was upset third time I was really upset because there are no reason why they shouldnt call me back especially I spent a lot of money with that company. So I just wanna let yall know that whoever use this company be smart before you use this company cause I wouldve gave them a zero star name and or one look at all the reviews about this company before you go forward you will not be happy with that company .
