      Im on vacation out of town. This is my first time ordering here. I ordered 2 for *** boneless wings I asked the phone rep & manager ****** to cook twice , ******* *** n cheese & ******** ******** I received the order & the boneless wings was undercooked. I didn't receive friendly service when I called the first time with the rep & then I asked for her manager. The ******** ****** still didn't ensure my wings were ran twice after I asked twice. I called bck & the n mk answer claims a refund will be sent bc I didn't agree to drive there & inconvenience myself since they couldn't follow a simple request.

      The guest spoke to the *** and was refunded for the food on the night in question. The guest did file a corporate complaint and when the restaurant reached out to apologize again the guest phone number was out of service. If we can make contact with the guest we would love to do more for them, if that is what it is going to take for the guest to be happy.
