      My son attempted to call in a to go on 12/25/2022 at the IHOP on ******* St. ********, *****. No one answered. Approximately 10 minutes later someone called my son back and asked him "what did you want", when he replied he wanted to place an order, the lady responded "What's wrong with you, you can't hear...that's what I asked you". My son replied, "your energy is bad, we will go somewhere else". After that exchange, my son received several calls from that number within a 5 minute period. I finally answered his phone and asked the lady not to call back and she preceded to **** at me stating my son hung up on her. I asked to speak with her manager and she threatened to call the police, "I have your number and your address". I insisted to speak with her manager. I spoke with the manager, who informed me that the young lady, would be "dealt with today". She acknowledged that her behavior was unacceptable and not tolerated. I informed her that I wanted to file a corporate report and she provided me with the telephone number and website. I filed the report via website and did not get a reply. I called customer service to follow up. I was informed that the case was closed, because it was found that I harassed "them" calling over 8 times to order 200 pancakes. I was shocked and inquired to why I was not contacted to address my concerns before this decision was made. I was informed that it is the discretion of the "store" and there's nothing I could do. This is poor customer service and I don't appreciate being lied on. It would have been fair to listen to both sides before reaching a resolution. I would like to speak with the district manager about this matter.

      The food, some of it, is good, but definitely not worth the price! Some of the food, such as the bourbon chicken, is just downright nasty! I spent over $50 there tonight, and never again! The fries were not even lukewarm, and the staff was incredibly unprofessional. I’ve waitressed before, and I completely understand frustration, but to talk about other staff and complain about customers coming in right before close in front of other customers shows a total lack of respect and maturity. As I said, never again!

      Ive been verbally abused, sexually abused. I have testimonies as well from other past or current workers of the abuse going on. Two manager, ***** And *****************************. ****** shows up drunk to work. He tried to have sexual affairs with me, he dated and assaulted many employees, he told me to kill myself Now Im a recovering addict, a year and a month clean. Being asked to do coke by co workers, and the managers knowing not doing anything, ****** also called me a heroin junkie. It triggered me bad. How they treat their employees is disgusting. And Im ready to show proof whenever you want it along with others testimonies. Im told theyre safe because *** the owner are friends, so they say theyre untouchable. My name is ******** *****, email is ***********************. Id love to hear back. Im afraid for the other girls getting harassed there.

      This afternoon I order a meal for my family to have for dinner cause we were short on time so we ordered a chicken tender family meal that feeds a family of 4 and I got was meal to feed a family of 1 and I was charged ************************************************************************* wait longer then expected and came out with a attitude claiming it was what we ordered and we can't do anything about it they made waste my time and money and I had to order food from another place to feed my family on short notice. Horrible curbside pickup this day and age,

      This morning (1:30am), 9/25/2022, I had a doordash pickup for a client. I arrived to the location "*************************************". I had to inform the employees of my clients order, then wait 20 minutes for the food. Other customers had come in, placed orders, paid, then were informed it would be a 30 minute wait. When I was handed my food an employee stated "here it is, don't come back".

      I then received another doordash order an hour & a half later (3:30am) and returned to find the same people in the lobby waiting for their food. When the customers spoke to employees, employees deliberately ignored them and then eventually responded with "Im only concerned with the customers who are seated in the dining area, not walk in orders, doordash deliveries, or anything else. When asked to speak to a manager they were ignored. I was also ignored. I informed my client of the issues going on at the Durham IHOP location. She attempted to contact the store to request a refund, but no one answered the phone. Its now 4:20am and customers who have paid for food are being refused a refund and are told to return in the morning for a refund.

      An employee provided the General Managers number & name "**********". I have contacted him to inform him of the situation, but its 4:22am. I attempted to call law enforcement but was told that is a Corporate issue. I let the telecommunicator know there was going to be a issue very soon if something wasn't done to prevent it, she told me there was nothing she could do.

      I placed an order for curbside pickup at 7 am (for an 8 am pickup). I arrived at 8:02 am and had to call a few times just for them to pickup. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was immediately told that they didn't have an item in my order and was "just about to call me". I asked for a refund and was told "I don't know how to do that". I asked to speak to a manager but he was not at that location. The person in charge called the manager (******) who talked me into getting another item but paid me the difference in cost. I waited another 30 minutes until my food was brought to me. After it was bagged up, I was told that they were out of ANOTHER item that I paid extra for. She replied "I guess we were not ready for business this morning". At this point, I'm frustrated, late for work, and hungry. I grabbed my food and left. The worst part - one part of my order was undercooked and the other was overcooked.

      I wish I would have read the BBB reviews before coming to this IHOP location. I'm shocked they are still open.

      As A door dasher, I found myself in a confusing escalation in which I had no idea what the employees really had thought I did. I was threatened by one of the store employees, asked to "**** outside" with him for a fight. Even the manager joined in this and everyone told me to leave the premises without any cause or reason. I heard one of them accusing me of things I had never done, such as "taking pictures". I felt very anxious, unsafe and my chest hurt. Ive never done or said anything of any harm to anyone in this store. The store has been known to be late at preparing these deliveries, but in each case, I have waited patiently. That's why I found myself so surprised in the midst of this escalation. I have a reason to think the person who accused me of taking pictures may be preparing blackmail to report things to door dash that aren't true to get my to lose my job.

      Terrible experience for Fordham Virginia Beach. reported this restaurant to Corporate but to be shifted to franchisee . Which I got the rudest Email, making me the customer in the wrong . The tone of Email was rude and sassy, not professional. This location should be shut down.
