      Horrible experience with unhealthy and unsanitary conditions in the kitchen that caused me a medical distress and illness ***** away Brought it to the franchisee attention but nothing is done

      My fiance and I received and experienced the rudest individual with the poorest customer service. We placed our order in the IHOP app. Per the app the order was to be ready at 1:57 am. My fiance went inside the restaurant to retrieve the food he prepaid for and was met with hostility and nastiness from a large heavyset woman with dreadlocks. She advised him that she was going tell the ***** to move our order last and that she did not have to give him her name. At this point he had enough of her nasty attitude, poor customer service and ill manners and requested a refund which she refused to give us . We were advised to speak with the General Manager in the morning and bring the receipt back??? Ive never heard of this . Why couldnt we receive our $ ***** back upon cancelling our order. My fiance is a veteran and Im a public servant. This behavior is very unbecoming and not a good reflection upon IHOP. Please offer a solution to this issue .

      ******** ** IHOP Called in a pick-up order for the plant based power breakfast and a Ham biscuit. Husband went to pick up and order was nearly 30$. I called and asked why..server gave me no price before I hung up..and was told since we don't do biscuit every item was a separate charge costing nearly 12$ for a biscuit with ham..came with cheese which didn't order. My pancakes tasted sour- not the first time- and my order was incomplete..no fruit side. On another occasion the berries for the pancakes were still frozen. While hubs waited for his 12$ biscuit customers were actually walking out because no one was there to even greet them. Yes they offered another meal..but sour pancakes and a poorly executed restaurant isn't enough to get me to return. I'll go to cracker barrel where the service is good..food is good and I've never had sour pancakes..that's just gross..it's a miss for me. I know we have a small town but that shouldn't affect the quality of the food or service.

      working at applebees even if you work with a second person on the register as they make you do so, and its a little short they take all of your tips without an investigation as a means to fix the issue and they just pick and choose who they wanna take tips away from without even questioning either party. its prejudice. and after being there awhile they still wont let you clock in for your own shifts theyve scheduled you. very unprofessional and the service is not good.

      Applebees failed on a order, said Id be issued a full refund in **** business days and nothing has occurred on their promise much later. Contact to fix this order for the refund please. This is poor business.

      Absolutely deceptive and cheating organization. I ordered food from Applebees online: Applebee's Neighborhood ************ **************************************************************. The cost was $74.66. They failed to deliver two soups and silverware to eat the food. They delivered the food at my door without knocking or calling. The food was cold by time I opened the door to see if anyone was coming. The ice cream was nearly melted. When I called Applebee's, their response was that it is not their problem but "Doordash." I explained that I paid Applebee's on Applebee's website and I had no contractual relationship or discussion with Doordash. The manager insisted it is not her problem and that I had to deal with ********. I reiterated that I had no contact with ******** and neither was their any Doordash relationship on the Applebee's website or receipt. She hung up on me. It is not my responsibility to deal with Applebee's delivery agent when I ordered directly with Applebee's. I was cheated. Will never use Applebee's again. Applebee's is rude and unfair.

      I am trying to make a complaint on the Ihop #**** @ ************************** ***** was the person that i finally spoke with after standing at the front waiting to be served for 30 minutes. I was overlooked several times by all the staff because I am african american I guess. Everyone else was being helped and 30 minutes later I was still standing. I finally had to ask to be help. This is just ridiculous that I was a paying customer but no wanted to help me.

      Food poisoning! My husband and my granddaughter whom is 5 and I all 3 got food poisoning from this location. It has made all 3 of us very ill. I would definitely skip this location and the health department needs to go in. The staff did seem friendly however this is a dirty restaurant and needs attention from corporate. Don’t take your littles here to eat! This location is Clarksville Indiana skip it don’t go!! Clarksville had many other nice restaurants but this one Applebees needs attention or closed down by health department!
