      Received a tow through AAA, it took the company two hours to finally show up. Upon drop off, caused thousands in damage and have failed to rectify any type of repayment or even apologize,despite admitting improper unloading caused the damage. What a warm welcoming home to a service member after finally coming home from downrange. 0/5 recommendation, take your business elsewhere.

      We would like to thank ***** for his service.
      As for the review.
      We take our calls as we receive them and we prioritize calls that are on the freeway or blocking lanes. Although he broke down, he was safe in a parking lot. We received ******* call at 9:00am and was on location with him at 10:30am.
      ***** put in a complaint to AAA saying that we damaged his bumper. However, we have pictures of his vehicle prior to the tow showing that the headlight was taped on and the bumper was being held on with zip ties. So I am unsure how we caused thousands of dollars of damage. If and when our drivers cause damage, we take care of it immediately as long as it is a legitimate claim.

      Update: I was contacted by a manager of the company, and was informed they had no documentation of the damage other then the driver saying the front splitter fell off. I have emailed a picture of the damage, and they now claim the damage pictures are prior pictures of the vehicle they have taken. Please email the prior pictures you claim to have to the contact information, as well as the policies we discussed on how your driver's are not authorized to tow modified vehicles, yet your drivers decided not to follow your own policies which resulted in the damages. The replies from this company are far different than what the management team claimed while on the phone.
