    I have ordered collectibles from Monsters in Motion for many years. Always dependable, they have been helpful through the years, even when I changed my mind a few times on things. The reviews here are all negative because the small set of customers with an issue of some type are the only ones that are going to bother posting a review. This is a complaint site, in a sense. So here here's a 5 star review to go along with them..

    Criminals and theives. I pre-ordered a kit in October of 2022. Was tired of waiting and in February of 2023 found it elsewhere. I cancelled the pre-order, yet these thieves went ahead and shipped the kit in April - 2 months after I revoked any permission or authorization to use my credit card.Based on all these prior comments, it seems this is how they operate. Unscrupulous and without any respect for a customer. These other ******************** compaints will be useful for the credit card company to review.The low life who emailed me comes across as a stereotypical, greasy piece of trash.

    Trying to play the victim - I guess that is what all criminals and thieves do. **** can twist words all you want. Authorization was revoked when I told you to cancel my pre-order in FEBRUARY! You ignored me and went ahead and shipped in APRIL!******, greasy, crooked, what else should I add?The only one who is "bullying" is YOU. A quick ****** search clearly demonstrates this is not the first time you have pulled such scams.
