      The customer service representative helped me greatly updating and uploading the gift card information. I had earned an ****************** gift card through tango and for whatever reason it wasnt coming to fruition. I called and spoke with someone by the name of *****, patiently stood online after I received the gift card, selected the vendor, and made sure that it was applied to ******. My representative was so very patient. Thank you for all the support ******.

      I had an issue redeeming my code. I contacted them through AI Chat which escalated my issue and told me I'd be contacted within 2-4 business days via email. They did exactly that and I had my issue resolved right away. No complaints!
