      I had trouble getting a code for a gift card and I went through AI and they referred me to customer Service at **********************. They sent me a code in less than a minute and solve my problem. They are great.

      I didn't realize I had not received my eGiftCard sent to my work email until nearly 2 months after it was sent. Tango promptly responded to my query email, instructing me on how to locate the eGiftCard with the date it was sent & the senders info to look. Unfortunately, I had inadvertently deleted that email which contained the eGiftCard and was unable to find it in my deleted box. Upon contacting Tango again, a replacement eGiftCard was immediately sent to me. I am so grateful to Tango, as I was the cause of deleting the email, yet Tango was still able to assure I received a replacement. Also, their customer service website in which to send a query was very user friendly & the entire process was seamless. Thank You Tango!!
