      I was sent my ****** gift card via email, but it did not give me the needed information to add the money to my ****** account. I used their automated chat & it kept re-emailing me the info minus the passcode that I needed for redemption. I nearly gave up after many attempts to make this work, but finally figured out how to chat with an actual person who was immediately able to resolve the issue.

      I went to purchase gift cards through Tango Card for a *************** chain in my area. It turns out the cards I purchased were actually for a different restaurant of the same name that is not located in my area. I did not know this until after I made the purchase. A simple case of mistaken identity, but Tango Card would not work with me at all and would not let me exchange or cancel this order. This is the epitome of awful customer service, not working with me whatsoever. All Tango would have to do is cancel my mistaken order and offer a new one, but no they wouldn't bother working with a customer that had an issue.

      Just redeemed points through a web portal to get a $300 gift card to ******. When I tried to add the card to my ****** wallet it was declined. I called ****** and they told me it was a problem on the issuer's side. I called Tangocard and they are telling me the card is fine. I went to ****** in person and they showed me the balance on the card was $0. It looks like my gift card was issued for $0 and I am not going to get my points back. I've already filed a complaint with the *** and will be following up with the company that issues the loyalty points.

      On hold for almost 3 hours because their cards give me an invalid code and when I tried to call back because the lady hung up on me they blocked my calls what kind of company does this to their customers this is the 3rd time this has happened to me using their site DO not use they are ripping people off

      Very difficult to use cards and have been on hold time for nearly an hour total. Also, the amounts on the cards are inaccurate. the customer service representative was useless, let's see if his supervisors can straighten this out. What a terrible company.

      I got a $500 chewy.com gift card through tango and it is invalid on chewy.com. Chewy cannot help and Tango reps through phone and email are completely useless this place is completely unreliable.
