      The woman I spoke with was super helpful and resent all of the emails with the links to me. I just had the printed emails and had problems with going to the links.

      Excellent customer service was provided by *********************** customer support staff on each of the three separate occasions I contacted the company for assistance over the past 24 months.       Have been getting gift cards for over three years from the ********* and have never had a problem. Last week I earned gift cards through The Blood Connection and was amazed I claimed them and they were available the same day. Very satisfied!

      Personal Customer ***********%I had an issue with retrieving a security code for my e-Gift Card. I called Tango and was immediately given a "real" person who helped me and resolved my issue in one call!

      Tango responded promptly with a clear concise message which was clearly understandable and easy to use. I was thoroughly impressed since my question only concerned a $5 Amazon giftcard.
      Very surprised & pleased with their handling of this question from a gift card that I forgot since 2022.

      Great transaction experience almost every time. On the few occasions I experienced a problem and had to contact CS, my issue was resolved to my satisfaction in each case. Sometimes, the organization issuing you the gift card either doesn't send the reward link to you OR they sent it, but your email address wasn't able to receive it! Possible fixes: Make sure you accept all cookies from Tango Card, and make sure that your email is set for no restrictions, and specifically no restrictions. Worked for me! Tango is tops!

      Received 2 $10 Tango gift cards for donating blood and I picked two stores I wanted to use them at. One worked and one didn't. I wasn't sure why and reached out to Tango card customer service. The representative was very helpful and gave me a number of things that could have gone wrong and resent the link for me to print the card and try at a different store of the same chain. I am sure it will work out now and very much appreciate the attentiveness and thoughts of the Tango employee. He also added if it still doesn't work after printing it, call them back and we'll work something else out.
