      Christian inspected our heater and a/c for our annual check up. He was very thorough and professional. His communication skills were also excellent which is a real plus. I hope that he is assigned to service our equipment in the future.

      ******, our technician, came out just to give the heater and ********** a checkup/tuneup. ****** was friendly and competent and respectful of our time and needs. When he finished, he explained the status of the systems health when he arrived, what steps he took to fine-tune its performance, and how the system should perform moving forward. He pointed out some normal wear and tear to keep an eye on this coming year. We are happy with Service Champions.

      We have spent the last 6 months trying to get the is company to make sure we pass inspection on a heat pump they put on our house. The unit is horribly noisy, it ran non-stop (they replaced the thermostat), their sales person can not add as he keeps submitting the wrong load calculations to the city. They are now trying to replace our electric dryer with a gas one as a solution. We have solar that is very efficient. We are at a loss with this company, it take up to if not long than three weeks or more for a response, they do not make appointments with the inspectors, they do not seem to care if a unit is a safety issue and that it could catch fire. We are stuck with a unit that wakes us up in the night and now we find out it can catch our house on fire. Please think long and hard before using this company.

      If you're into spending $191 for absolutely nothing, this company is a dream come true. My furnace broke, the tech came out, told me I needed a part, and promised a follow-up in 3 daysthen disappeared into the abyss. Oh, but not before upselling me an MVP membership for those sweet "discounts" that never materialized. I called daily for a week and was fed the same linewe'll get back to youby five different **** who apparently have never seen a manager in their lives. Even the so-called Chief Enthusiasm Officer ignored my email. Diamond certified? More like cubic zirconia. Buyer bewarethis company is where good service goes to die.

      Service Champions was wonderful to work with. From our sales representative, ****, to our installer, ****, they were knowledgeable, professional, and answered all our questions. They were both wonderful to work with and would recommend them for all your needs! If we need anything in the future, they will be our first call!
