    On July 9, I purchased a ***** touchscreen stainless steel 4 slice toaster. After receiving the toaster on July ********************************************************************* and my family. The device at way too hot and does not prove to be safe in the home. I reached out to support on the day it was received and expected a reply within 3 business days per their website to help me address this to the email provided. By Wednesday, I attempted again to reach out to support using a different method. I submitted a ticket to them through the website and still did not hear anything back. I attempted a 3 time today and received an error stating the email was not deliverable.

    I bought the scooter. It stopped working after five months. When I contacted them, after a few weeks they sent me a replacement part. It didnt fix the problem or the scooter. So after a few more weeks, they sent me two more parts. That didnt help the problem either and the wires looked frayed. Also, when they send you replacement parts, they want you to replace it- connecting all these different wires. This doesnt seem very safe. They dont respond quickly. Every email takes at least a week to respond.

    I purchased an evercross H5 scooter online from Walmart.com on Jan 26 2024.I received it on Jan 28 2024. Through Fed Ex. I was really happy with it at first. I noticed 2 weeks into it that the headlight was really dim,and the breaks were not breaking accurately. Also it's supposed to ho 30mph..it would stop at 26 mph.I started reaching out to them as of Feb 20th. I got no response. Just an automated to tell me to send y o another email. So I did. Daily I sent emails and nothing. I even tried to call a number but it would hang up. I posted messages on facebook..in the mean time the breaks are starting not to xork.Then I notice the tires were cupping due to suspension. So I sent them all that. On March 11 I received an email that they sent an email and I didn't respond. The email o got was a thank u for purchase.Mzrch 14 I receive message from rep *** my god!We just want to confirm the problem.maybe partsve already been shipped out but we need video or pictures to confirm the issie"That was their response to me asking to please talk live to someone.March 19 they say they will let their troubleshjoting team k ow so I can repair it myself. Then not until the 28th. Asking for video still which i sent. So they can come up with a solution.so now the 38th they say they sent me a headlight and a wire that was ripped when nought so i can take to shop for repair then I can send bill and see if its git for them to reimburse me. I get headlight on april 16th swith the light..it doesn't work at all They respond on april 21st to give me instruccions to resett the scooter.April 23rd front tire gets stuck and scooter stopped. No more power but a code that meNt replace motor. We open the place where battery is and all wires habe been buring slowly...so that could of caused an explosion. Let them know. They offer me half of what i paid. And thats it. I ask for replacement since i havent even had it for 3 months. And its a danger. They offer the full amount bit no taxes...I said no i would like a new scooter that was on april 29th..and now nothing.

    I placed an order for a replacement scooter battery on 12/15/2023. I was given a **** tracking number and as of 12/28/2023 the battery has yet to even ship. The support response only tells me to wait longer. The battery is supposed to ship from ********** to **** and I feel that I have been more than patient at this point. The order was ev-****.

    I ordered a scooter from them and it was delivered April 3,2023. It broke 5 months later and I have been trying to reach them and ******* (website evercross was selling on) evercross will not get back to me and ******* says there is nothing they can do. I would like this replaced as it was ******

    I have an Evercross product that needs support. Simply providing correct instructions on how to balance it would be sufficient. The company has responded via "chat" but only overnight since their agents apparently are over-seas. So the communication has been laborious.... and, after a couple short interactions, they stop responding without actually solving the problem. No one has ever responded to either email address listed in their site, and the phone number - which was listed a couple weeks ago, and which was never answered when called (just rang and rang) - is now removed from their site. So, support is non-existent on a product that has some complexity and definitely needs better documentation. I HATE getting ghosted, and this feels like a complete case of a "shell" company divesting responsibility with little-to-no support. In the meantime, they sell expensive equipment. Mine was one of the least expensive ones on their site - what if I had one of the very expensive pieces?! How would I ever get support? Unacceptable.
