    COMPANY IS C*** metal bends breaks batteries dont last and the cord has shorted out cause they ran the electrical UNSAFELY next to a pinch point

    Scooter battery is dying less than 6 months after purchase (within the warranty period.) I have been emailing their customer service for a month (today is 10/22, I reached out 9/23) with only their automated response. I am probably going to have to use the additional warranty I purchased through ****** to get things fixed. Will never purchase this brand again.

    Bought for my kids paid ar 800$ in 7 m in light usage just damaged and daughter had accident involving.can not fixed because its just cheap metal cracked.customer service not responding at all .planning to make a court claim .must be recall that model

    Ordered a scooter should have been delivered today it's been over a week and it's still not shipped and they won't answer my emails. I'm trying to cancel my order and they won't even let me do that.

    I wish I could give them a lower score. Do not buy any product from this company. I bought 2 scooters from them for my kids and one of them stopped working after a handful of rides. I tried to contact the company about an error code that had to do with the brake switch. They responded by asking me to send them some pictures. Which I did. I never herd back from them ever since. They absolutely will not respond back. I have been trying for months now. This is the most expensive paper weight I have ever bought.
