    Their towing price is outrageous and insane. I asked who determined the towing charge and they said they did. It's ridiculous that they just charge me with all the multiple reasons. I really want to all the detailed breakdown charge.

    This business utilizes predatory towing practices. My car was parked in a spot for 15 minutes and when I came back it was gone. They refused to release my car for thirty minutes. When I went to pick up my car the charged me an outrageous amount. When asked to see the written authorization form . The employee told me he didn't have provide that to me legally! I paid to get my car released and when I refused to sign paperwork accepting charges/ stating that they weren't liable for damage. They refused to release my car even though they had already charged me. It wasn't until I threatened to call the police that the employee finally released my car to me. I spoke with the owner and he couldn't answer why they did provide me with a written authorization form. There are several reviews online where multiple people have claimed this has happened to them in the past few months.

    Predatory towing company, they are on standby for business owners whom have issues with other businesses. They ask for time stamps and receipts when disputing tow, however they do not provide timestamps or reasons for tow. I was a customer with receipts and they towed my car. They tow vehicles under an hour and charge the maximum fee for a 3hr tow. When you ask for written reason their response is no. They also release vehicles to non registered owners. I witnessed a 99 cent store owner cherry pick vehicles and have them towed under an hour to a company that was not listed on the posted signs. I will continue to report your absolute disregard to process and California law. Ive reported your dealings with city council and they have heard of this practice. Be warned, stay away from quik tow!

    Regarding the specific issues raised in the complaint:
    Timestamps and Receipts: Our policy is to provide timestamps and reasons for tows upon request. We apologize if this was not adequately communicated in this instance. We will review our processes to ensure better clarity and transparency in the future.


    Towing Practices: We understand the frustration caused by having a vehicle towed. Our towing practices are guided by agreements with property owners and local regulations. However, we are committed to ensuring that all tows are justified and conducted fairly.


    Charges: The charges for towing services are regulated, and we strive to ensure that all fees are in compliance with these regulations. If there was any discrepancy in the charges, we are willing to review the case and make necessary adjustments.


    Documentation: We are committed to providing written reasons for tows when requested. If this was not done, we acknowledge the oversight and will take steps to ensure this does not recur.


    Release of Vehicles: We take vehicle security seriously and have protocols in place to ensure vehicles are released only to registered owners or authorized individuals. We will investigate any reported deviations from this protocol and take corrective action as needed.


    We have signs posted with our signs in each entrance of the property. Front and back
