    This Third-Party Seller will not cooperate with sending me a pre-paid label to send a Damaged cage I received. The Seller told me to take the heavy large Parrot cage to ************ I did, and the postage would have been over $300.00. The cage total was $279.45. I paid for shipping and handling which was $70.00. ****** contacted the seller, and they keep saying "We have yet to receive a message from the seller. The Seller will not take the responsibility. I have sent many photos of the damaged cage to the seller. This started June 9th, 2025, and not it's July 4th, 2025. Do not buy from ******* Direct Wholesale!!!!

    I purchased a large cage from this company through ******. It came damaged. The company was neither helpful nor willing to partially refund the purchase.

    I paid a lot of money for shipping $100+.Packaging boxes were damaged and showed rough handling.Tray was bent at a corner.Door was not complete. Needs threaded inserts to have hinges work correctly.I am not paying to ship this back I am asking for parts to be shipped to me.Specifically A new door with the threaded inserts and screws..Right hand side of dome. and ********** bottom tray.If this is too much to ask then ship the whole cage again. Also send an *** for boxing and shipping of the old one.I gave you one star after reading 7 complaints to the BBB. Each one was a single ***************** and ******* will be getting this second attempt to stand behind your product

    Ordered a cage that didnt work out. Tried to send it back, postage was on me, it wouldve cost more to send back than the price of the cage. No help from them, even though the return label stated " if shipping is over $30 reach out to company for a other resolution " I did and was told there is no other option. Terrible company

    Ordered a cage from this seller, there is no option to secure the roof to the cage via a latch or screws. The seller refuses to provide a prepaid shipping label. They do not disclose the roof to the cage drops in prior to ordering. Have been unable to refuse boxes via ***** without being required to pay shipping. Never do business with this seller. They do not pick up their phones when called. They refuse to work with Amazon customer service. Terrible.

    Order the cage from these people before I got it the animal died. Try to return it and *** tried to charge me $88 to mail it back. I told him I don't feel like I should have to pay $88 that they should send me a free label. The problem is they work with third party vendors so there's nowhere here in ***** that I can mail the box back without paying money to send it back and this is ridiculous. I would not recommend this company to anybody save your money please Go elsewhere. Now I have a cage that I can't even use and that's wasted money. The seller does not answer you when you try and contact them. Amazon customer service is horrible they are also no help they couldn't care less even though this is coming from their site. Like I said save your money go elsewhere.

    This company sent me a broken used birdcage and are refusing my refund without returning the cage despite the box being extremely damaged and the only return site over an hour away. I assembled the cage, which was poorly and incorrectly made. The feed doors were on upside down which was a huge issue but I needed a new cage for my birds so I just zip tied them to secure them. Unknowingly, my birds chewed the zip ties and escaped and damaged my house. I then bent all of the bars to put them on correctly and almost broke the already flimsy faulty cage.The stand that the cage came with is already breaking and unsturdy after only a month of use. I also did not get the accessories the cage was supposed to come with.The hassle of returning this cage and lose the ABSURD shipping price I had to pay for it is too much.I am currently fighting with Amazon for a refund but because they are a third party seller it is very difficult to get my refund and now Rowland Direct LLC is refusing my refund even if I did return the cage because it is past the 30 day date despite that Ive been arguing with them for my return well before the 30 day mark.The main reason I refuse to return then cage is because I obviously received someone elses used cage and I do not want to return it for them to just resell it to another poor customer. The cage has caused me nothing but headaches and stressed as it is unsafe for my birds and I had to buy a new cage and an out over $100 now for the safety of my pets.Their customer service number is just a cell phone and they dont pick up as I have tried to call them multiple times in regards to this issue. This company is FRAUDULENT, A SCAM AND BEYOND SKETCHY! Do not buy from this company!

    This company is completely shady and AMAZON is backing them instead of their customers! I bought a large bird cage from them and contacted them the same day and asked if I could return it because it was the wrong size. They told me I could return it as long as I did not mark it Return to Sender or refuse shipment and he would send me a shipping label. I then order the correct cage on their word that I could return the first one. When I print the label, I noticed it said Shipping Required. Come to find out it costs $170 to return a $134 cage and they KNEW that! They just wanted another sale and to screw their customers! Amazon would not help me at all and after being told by THREE agents that I would be refunded under their A to Z Guarantee, and not to worry, then I would just get form emails saying I needed to return it and pay shipping. Their Claims Dept is unreachable by phone or email! Do NOT buy from this seller! They are crooks!!!! So is Amazon! I am disputing the charges and I have an over 800 credit score, but they are not getting my money! I'm cutting up the Amazon Prime card and sending it to them and they will never see that money. I don't care how far to collections it may go! This was wrong in every way and I wasted HOURS and COUNTLESS phone calls on this! I am completely disgusted by this seller and AMAZON would not post my review of them either, so they protect shady sellers like this one with F ratings on BBB!!!

    I ordered a cat cage/tower from them and it arrived to me missing the top panel/door. I moved to another address a week after receiving it (I bought it to keep my cats in while I was staying with a family member temporarily), but when I contacted Rowland, they said that if I wanted it shipped to my new address, I'd have to pay for the shipping. They were only willing to ship it at their cost to the address on my original ordera rental house I had already moved out of and that no one was living at anymore. I explained my situation to them and hoped they would be understanding and willing to accommodate the extenuating circumstances, but instead, they canceled the delivery and had it sent back to them, and continued to tell me that I would have to pay the shipping in order to have it shipped to my new address. So, I never did receive the part and my product still has a gaping hole in it that I had to cover in plastic and push against a wall to keep my cat from escaping. They were the ones who made a mistake, but told me that they were not responsible for sending it to me where I currently live. And I'll be darned if I'm going to pay shipping to correct their mistake. Lazy, horrible customer service. Once they get your money, they don't care. I would never buy anything else from this company and my sincere hope is that they run themselves out of business from treating their customers with such a lack of concern.

    I paid almost $500 for a damaged cage that would have risked my birds lives. I followed the return process per instructions. Now this company is saying they didn't receive both packages that I returned to ******* (they are shady 3rd partner vendor). They are not taking any responsibility and are harassing me with manipulative emails. They won't refund me, they won't try to contact *******, and they probably will say they never received the second box that ******* shipped back to them.
