    Details:Date of transaction: $39 one time payment. $4 recurring monthly since Dec 2024 NumberBarn committed to park the number ************** until it was ready to port out to a new carrier. Now that I am ready after 6 months to port out to ** Mobile (new carrier) NumberBarn refuses to have the port go through. They keep sending me back and forth saying it is now up to the new carrier to port the number out. Whereas the new carrier says NumberBarn is not responding to their port out request and wouldn't even confirm the *** (port out number) for the request. As a consumer, I keep getting a back and forth and NumberBarn is not even confirming the *** request number that the new carrier sent. They just send a vanilla reply saying, it is now up to the new carrier to port out number whereas NumberBarn is not approving the port request.

    I have reviewed this complaint associated with ticket 1067181 and found that this ticket was solved on June 5, 2025 after we worked with the customer and US Mobile to port their number. Furthermore, the customer agreed in writing that this issues was solved. That said, I reached out by email to confirm as such. If we can assist further please let us know.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 23381789, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I believe the issue was resolved soon after I made a complaint to BBB. I am not sure if it was resolved by NumberBarn or my service provider but the end result was that it was resolved for me as a customer.

    I purchased a package with Number Barn the week of April 19. They provided me with a temporary number that I purchased for $5, as well as a plan to have phone calls from that temporary phone number be forwarded to my actual phone number. I bought this service because I was in ***** for a week with my family, and wanted people in the **** to contact me while I was abroad. The service was not working as I had hoped, so I decided to cancel the service with them, which they did. However, some people who call me ever since I have canceled the service, are not able to connect to my phone, instead, it goes directly to a voicemail which says "This number is currently parked with Number Barn," and then the phone hangs up. Number Barn's terms of service states that once I no longer have a plan with them, they need to release the number, but their customer service representative stated they keep it on a "cooling account" for 30 days. I need them to release my plan from the cooling account, because if this is the issue, then I can't use my phone as I should. Furthermore, I have also asked them for a phone number to contact them on, but they have not provided one for me when I asked for help. At one point, they have given me advice to adjust settings in my ******* call filter, which I did as well. The main issue that I am having right now is that I never gave them my normal phone number to use for this purpose, as there are no reasons that I am aware of that it should go directly to voicemail. The temporary phone number that I purchased would send calls to my real phone number, but I did not expect people to not be able to call my normal phone once I returned to the states. I need them to fix this issue within 10 business days, because it causes issues with my day to day life, including my work.

    I purchased a phone number from **************************** with an expectation, as advertised by this website, that I could port this number out to my local phone service carrier. However, after countless attempts, I was constantly told by various phone service carriers that it is impossible for them to port this number in. **************************** stopped responding to my e-mail and my request for technical support, nor my refund request. I request a full refund as the phone numbers they are selling are not working and cannot be put in use. I paid USD56 for it.

    It's been almost a month since I submitted my order and it still hasn't been processed. I also supplemented my personal information as required by the merchant, but when I submitted the ticket to ask about their processing progress, the result was NOTHING! This merchant said to respond to customer emails within one business day, but in fact they did not do it at all! My ticket number is ******, and I also marked TOP URGENT on the subject of the email, but they still pretended not to see it. Not only is there no telephone communication channel, even the only email channel is not smooth. Is this how you guarantee the customer experience? Your service is absolutely terrible!I hereby strongly urge you to proceed with my order immediately. If you need any further information from me, please feel free to contact me directly.

    I purchased a telephone number from NumberBarn on January.8, 2023. I was emailed on Jan 17, 2023, whom informed me that the number is active. I attempted to port the number into two carriers and was told that the number is inactive. In addition, the number seems to be invalid. I emailed NumberBarn support and attempted to call the number provided on ****** but the number is not a number where anyone can be reached. The support team hasn't given me a resolution after many emails
