      Unhelpful customer **********************. Waited for a week on an order they hadnt even processed. Was supposed to be overnighted. Rx review process is inefficient. Join the 21st century! Not using them again.

      I was surprised and happy to get my glasses and sunglasses in about 15 -18 days. The quality and workmanship was excellent. I did the virtual try-on on my i-phone and uploaded my prescription with doctors signature which got verified like the next day. I felt the process was simple once I reviewed it. The selection is not extensive but there is a great variety so maybe add more designs for all budgets. I feel that I got a fair deal for both pairs using my VSP insurance and was able to customize glasses according to my needs. However, I may need some adjustment to my glasses as they fit a tiny bit loose. So glad to received my prescription sunglasses which were much needed and perfect! Nonetheless, it was great not having to go out in the intense heat to shop for these as I had had minor surgery. Noted I did pay a bit less at a major warehouse store so hopefully pricing will stay competitive so I can become a repeat customer. Thanks for the great **********************.

      Recommended by insurance, used to buy contacts. Process is easy and convenient. Last year I ordered the wrong power by mistake (found out when I tried to wear them). They sent out a new box right away and a shipping label to return the wrong ones at no charge. Thank you for doing that last year. It gave me confidence in ordering this year that my contact needs would be taken care of and they were.
