      Overall process needs improvement. Ordering is easy but production and tracking leave a lot to improve on. The order received 6 days beyond the date promised at time of order and no communication was initiated by Eyeconic to indicate a delay. *** tracking was terrible and not updated in a timely manner.

Please note, all eyeglasses and prescription eyewear are custom-made, which can take up to 11 business days to complete. If your order includes a progressive prescription or is being made with TechShield Blue or SunSync, well need an additional 2-3 business days to apply these enhancements. From there, your order is shipped using the shipping method chosen at checkout. The shipping dates are estimated and do not guarantee an exact delivery date. Our records indicate your progressive enhancement order was completed and shipped via *** Ground within 11 business days. This is the reason additional communication was not received.       This particular pair did not have the virtual try on option, but I got them anyway. The return policy for Eyeconic is very good. Turns out, I love them! No adjustments needed at all. I thought they were very reasonable, yet high quality lenses and frames.
