    they don't actually fulfill orders. I've tried to contact them multiple ways about order ****** they claim was delivered 8/3 (ordered 7/30) & wasn't. I don't think they have customer service or are a legitimate business at all. No response whatsoever. I would like my $61.99 refunded immediately.

    This order is showing as fulfilled on Aug. 1st and delivered on the 3rd. I'm also showing we have 9 other orders that we've fulfilled for you in the past. I've included a link below for the tracking and also a screenshot of your past order history. I can assure you we fulfill all our orders and a tracking link is sent to the email we have on file when the order is fulfilled.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    They keep sending that tracking link. It has no relevance as there is zero proof it was delivered. If there's a picture i'd love to see it.It was never delivered to me, so I'm out because they couldn't or wouldn't deliver. I looked as soon as it was notified as delivered, then waited 2-3 days like they say to do, but still a week later no candles & I'm out $$ because they couldn't possibly care less about their customers! The more I hear from them, the more I know they're lying. The date this was delivered I've heard 3 different dates quoted by them, & get a different explanation w/each CS rep, so not trustworthy.

    We apologize for the inconvenience and will be refunding you for this order. Please allow 2-3 business days for the money to clear back into your account. Once the refund is issued you will also receive an email letting you know the money is on its way back to the original form of. payment that was used.
