    Lasfit said they shipped a tailgate 2 weeks ago. I followed up on the status, they said it was held up by **********. It's been 2 weeks, Lasfit does not care about the shipment. They don't follow up my order. I sent emails asking for a Update. 3 days passed before they replied. I've done all the work trying to locate my order,that's their job. They don't care about my order. I need a explanation for the lack of concern by Lasfit.

    I ordered a bed liner for my gmc ****** by accident and do not need the product. it was delivered to my house. I never opened it, emailed them for a return label and called to speak to customer service. left a message and called again with no answer. I just want to return the item and get my money back. it hasn't been over 30 days since purchase

    The product was never delivered and getting a new one is taking a lot if time. Requested refund and now no response from the company.

    I bought a pair of led bulbs from them and I have tried to get a warranty replacement and have had no luck. I was told to take a pair of halogen bulbs and take the o ring from them to put it on their bulbs. Why would I waste my money to buy something to fix their bulbs that arent working properly?

    Purchased 4/25/24. Installed 5/1/24. Already a fan failure. Sounds like a winding noise. Said they are sending a replacement. But who paying for them to get installed or my time to install them? Do no recommend this company. I want my money back
