    Ordered a set of bulbs for my aftermarket tail lights and they were to long, contacted customer service to return, instead they sent me different set to try. A+ for service, even though it was my own doing.

    I emailed them with my proof of purchase from ******. They replied back within 24 hours and then sent me replacement lights. I received them within 5 days. Definitely 5 star customer service.

    I ordered a pair of LED turn signal lamps for my car. When I installed them one worked and the other didn't. I contacted Lasfit's customer service and after a brief discussion to make sure I knew how to install them properly, they agreed to send me a replacement set. The new lamps were sent the next business day. They have been installed and work properly. Great customer service.

    Do not waste your time trying to call LASFIT customer service was on hold for 32 minutes before being disconnected. All I wanted to do was either track my order or cancel it. Only way to track it is to download the SHOP app and register sign in then pick out several images on CAPTCHA and then keep getting emails about other items.

    I replaced all exterior lights on my 2023 ***** Silverado 2500 HD, and lasfit bulbs are bright, crisp and clear. I recommend if you are planning on changing your current vehicle lights to use last fit. They are awesome. Their customer service is second to none. One of my left turn indicators went out and they sent a replacement that day, ( actually, a two pack) and said keep one for spare. I received them two days later they followed up with several emails, ensuring my satisfaction.

    I've purchased several Lasfit LED bulbs for my car. They are a huge difference from regular bulbs. They are extremely bright, and can see the road and side of the road 100 times better then before. When i ordered the bulb their site recommended for my trunk light, it wasnt the right size, I contacted them and they sent me out the right size right away. Their customer service is amazing and very friendly and helped me out without question. They even contacted me later by email to make sure the bulb they sent to replace the wrong one worked. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to upgrade the bulbs in their car, or even to replace LED's they got from some place else.
