      Please read "I am completely disappointed with the delivery or should I say the non delivery of my paper. Today, again I called to report non delivery of my paper, two hours later I called again stating still no paper, person told me that the paper was on the way. Called again and office was closed and recording said my account would be credited. I don't want a credit, I want my paper delivered. I really wonder what the heck is the problem. It doesn't seem to me that any one cares.You are on the verge of losing a customer if you cant fix my problem."I am ********** This problem: exactly same as ************, happened to me so many times it is so unreal. On top of this, I was told I can not cancel and get a credit as I paid for the whole year.

      Thank you for contacting us regarding the delivery of your newspaper. I am sorry to learn the paper was not delivered even after being notified twice. I have requested the Saturday paper be delivered today

      ************** I am sorry to learn of the ongoing delivery issues. In review of your account I see numerous days of failed delivery. I am sending a service escalation message to the distributor who will speak directly to your carrier. In addition I will add a 4 week credit adjustment onto your account.
