      I called this company to inspect my propane grill due to a suspected leak and to provide an estimate for our indoor fireplace. The technician claimed the issue was simply a bad propane tank, advising a replacement would fix it. After he left, I found out he had left both propane valves turned on for the grill and fireplace, which I thankfully turned off.The next day, after replacing the tank as recommended, I attempted to light the grill, and it exploded. The blast blew the door off its hinges, damaged tiles, and launched the grill from its built-in spot. I suffered ***** to my hair, *****, and skinI'm extremely lucky to be alive.Despite this serious incident, the company ****** my calls, repeatedly claiming the manager was "in meetings." When I finally spoke to the general manager, they refused responsibility, insisting there was "nothing in writing about the grill." Yet, I have written documentation from my initial inquiry. Adding insult to injury, they tried to charge $83 for the free estimate.This company showed a complete disregard for my safety and failed to take responsibility for their technicians negligence. I urge caution to anyone considering their services.

      Option one plumbing is a SCAM they run your cc for money then when you call the refund and rerun it again. Beware!!! The Family has no control over they other locations and pass the buck so they are never accountable. Classic story of over expanding with no brand control and destroy they own family name and product. SO SAD!!!!!!
