    We were matched up with Global Transport United through *******, and it was a horrible experience throughout. The Driver they provided us with was not vetted, not a team of two as promised, and the entire move was extremely stressful and rocky.
    The driver arrived and didn’t have anyone to help him load the piano so he actually wanted us to go door-to-door and ask her neighbors if they would help him load the piano! Uh, no! Then he told us to just leave the house open, and he would figure things out, but we could go. Again, no!
    He then went to Home Depot to buy some dollies and came back with a bum that was hanging out there to help him load. Things went south from there!
    I would not recommend them and if I could award zero stars I would.
    The general manager was very personable when trying to get the business and that is part of the reason we chose them. They made many promises but as soon as things went south, he became very hard to reach.
    The driver they provided was a total crook. My son had to actually ask him to leave his property during delivery at the other end as he was such an abusive person.
    I would not recommend this company to anyone Under any circumstances!!!

    Quite possible this company is a scam. Stay as far away from this company as possible!!Terrible customer service. They will lie to your face. Do not recommend using this company. Charged fees without any services rendered.

    Horrible!! Liars!! I booked a load with them and gave them specific details. When I told them I needed a commitment they told me they were scheduling a truck. I had a crew drive six hours each way and rented a forklift to remove my items at the specific time **** gave us. The truck didnt show up and when I called them to get the drivers number they told me they never scheduled it. They are a horribly run business and dont care about attention to detail. I would advise people to never use Global. You will definitely have problems. Im going to post the email correspondence I had with ***************************** so people can see the way Global operates. If I could select zero stars I would but this review makes you select something. Stay away from this lousy company and Cristians lack of professionalism

    As a business owner, I make a point to write a good review when a company goes above & beyond. ****** at Global Transport United was a fantastic communicator, updating me every step of the way and made things so easy. Professional, on time and trustworthy!

    BEWARE!I believe that holding a prepaid package for ****** is illegal.That is what this Co does!!They are holding a $600 package and demand $1000.00 to deliver!WT????CRIMINALS COMMITTING CRIMES!
