      I was rear ended by a driver in the car wash tunnel in the *************************** an ***** location back in June of 2021. I have a neck injury. My attorney has attempted to reach out to the owner for his business insurance policy and the owner refuses any response.

      BBB- This claim was denied by our insurance carrier back on May 25, 2022.  The evidence showed that the other party (car behind this person) was at fault for this loss.  At that time, the other party even admitted that she wasnt paying attention when her vehicle struck her vehicle in the carwash.   Our carrier hadnt heard anything back from the other partys attorney, so they closed the file.

      Sometime later, from what I recall, we received a letter from her attorney asking us to conserve any evidence pertaining to this loss. So our carrier re-opened the claim and made several attempts to contact the attorney to simply ask what his reasoning was by pursuing us. Again, no response back.

      Our carrier closed the file again, which was in January 2023.

      The statute ran on June 8, 2023 for which they either had to settle the claim or file a lawsuit.  The claim was denied, so, unless a lawsuit was filed, they do not have a claim.

      They deserve 0 stars came in on 3/10/24 for a car wash in my 98 ****** 4runner and when i came out one of my trim pieces was missing and dirt was smeared all over my car i go into the office where a man named ***** was super helpful totally on my side i suggested maybe ill come back later to make a claim and he said no i need to do it now in order for it to be effective which was understandable he went inside the machine and found my missing fender trim piece and said he would check the cameras to make sure there was no prior damage to me entering the machine he came out and assured me there was not any damaged and we proceed making the claim 3/11/24 the next day i receive a call from **** one of the 3 brothers who own the H2go chain who is not a owner of the establishment i might add his brother **** and ***** are he tells me that he wont help me fix it and that im SOL because my car is a 98 and over 25 years old and that there is a disclaimer at the wash so i returned to the car wash to find only one approximately 4x3 sign where at the very bottom it says they will not cover damage on vehicles 2005 and older, now i do agree they have a disclaimer sure, however i didnt sign any agreement, it was one small poster considering there is 100 others blasted all over the car wash, it says above it that it that they wont cover damage to items already previously damaged. which as previously stated ***** confirmed through the cameras it was not previously damaged and then **** had the audacity to say that aniah would disagree and be on his side and lie under oath for them in a court of law quite a bold statement for a hands off business owner to make about an employee my trim pieces are bolted on modern cars use pull pins designed to easily be ripped out if any car was to be damaged it would be a newer car they just use this car cant be older than 25 yearsas a scape goat to save themselves very dishonest people and cocky.. also bad math **** 2024-2005=

      ****************- Thanks for giving us the chance to respond to your complaint. 
      I have attached a photo of the disclaimer that we have posted at our sites. Posting a sign such as this is standard in our industry and truly the best way to convey these important points. Express washes like H2GO cannot be expected to stop each customer and have a discussion about these points, especially given that this car wash model is about time-savings. Signage is good enough with other business models like amusement parks and parking lots, and we think car washing is no different. And these signs that we use are not considered small. They are 44" X 28" and every one of our sites has 2 of them posted in the stacking area before a car enters our tunnel, giving them time to decline the service. 
      We do not accept cars that are almost 20+ years old for one simple reason, cars that old have likely deteriorated to a point where damage from our blowers becomes greater than a level that we are willing to accept. Thankfully, these days there are not that many cars out there on the road that are that old. And for those that are, they usually do not want to take their car through a car wash for the same reason - they know their car might not be in the best condition for any type of car wash other than one that ensures soft moving water and no friction/blowers of any kind. 
      We are aware of the text message you sent to one of our executives a few days back and that gave us pause as to whether we should even respond to you at all. But in the end we decided to not share that text message with BBB and give you the benefit of the doubt. In any event, we hope you find our explanations acceptable and are able to easily get the trim placed back on your car, if you have not already.

      01/23/2024 I went through H2go carwash on ******************** in **************** **********. I had recently bought a 2021 ****** Camry just two weeks prior. I bought a membership with the carwash so I could consistently wash my car any time I wanted. After going through the car wash I noticed these scratches on the drivers side of my car. That were most definitely not there when I bought the car just two weeks ago. I inspected that car very carefully before I bought it as it was a big commitment for me. I filed a damage incident with the carwash and I had a 'principal' of the company call me to defend his carwash and basically tell me there is nothing that they can do about the scratches on my new car. They have cameras that view the car and his excuse was that he couldn't tell if the scratches were there before I drove through the car wash because of the shade in the video. This is my first car I've ever bought and having it scratched up before I even make my first car payment is very disappointing. All I'm seeking is for them to repair the damages to my vehicle.

      Hi I have a car wash membership and I went to talk with the car wash worker and asked if anyway the car wash would not touch my rims, I was worried since black rims I didnt want the rim brush touching them. Long story short, the brushes came on and left swirls and small scratches on my brand new 2023 rims, I was upset to say the less. I filed a indecent complaint and when contacted back by the person named **** from the business who claims to be owner and was really rude to me, He said its impossible to have happened at the car wash he laughed at the situation which is rude to me the customer, I feel more uncomfortable with the way I was treated by him then anything, He is rude and should not be running a business that way. You cant even get your point cross to him without him laughing about your bad experience at his car wash. Horrible! I will definitely be canceling my membership here.
