    Ordered the Baby Bagger with transition lenses on October 19 2024 and received the standard clear lenses. I've sent and received MULTIPLE emails between myself and ****, the owner, over 3 months stating that he would send out the correct lenses and I still haven't received them. States that the lenses have been on back-order the entire time even though they continue to show and sell the transition lenses I ordered the entire time. Finally on Feb 7th ************************************************************************** saying "At this point Ill try about anything" and he responded "Ok well shipped today **** *********"... Still NO lenses!!! Finally got a response on February 25th 2025 from ****: "I just checked with the shipping department. They had told me they had baby bagger orange transition lenses. They were incorrect. They are bagger transition lenses. The baby bagger lenses are due in this week as soon as I get my hands on them, I will ship them to you. Ps we will be in ******* if you are going and prefer just to pick them up there I can arrange that as well. **** *********". Never sent out the lenses and I even stopped by their booth in ******* during Bike Week and they had plenty of glasses but I was told that **** was at a different booth. It seems to never end and never send out the lenses purchased and promised... Complete disrespect for customer concerns or retention!

    I I purchase a pair of glasses May 28th I was told it would be 7 to 14 days it's been 2 months and I still do not have my glasses I've called them three times and every time I call them they're either in the shop for lenses or this last time they told me they were sent out and they would be here today which today is now July the 20th in one week it will be a2months every time I call it's the same thing they're in the shop or they're been shipped they gave me a tracking number but the tracking number says there it does not exist please help us we all we want is our money back

    I bought glasses from this company on before memorial Day I was told that the purchase that it would take 14 days to get these glasses ***************************************************************************************************************************** that they were at the lab and it will be another 14 days ****************************************************************************************** the same thing so it's been 30 days we have not heard one thing from this company about the glasses except for the two calls that I made my fiance wants these glasses that's why he paid $991 for these glasses he we were not aware that they would be over 30 days to get them could you please help us get the satisfaction we need thank you
