    This is the worst company I have had the displeasure of finding. Well not finding, walked by their tent. Read the website!! It is the MOST expensive prescription sunglasses with the LEAST amount of accountability, concern, give a c*** that you spent over 599. I am HIGHLY ticked off. I saved hard for 2 years to get these, TWO years. After I email my prescription in, I wait...3 WEEKS, nothing, not update, not BOO. I email them, they respond with.."we couldn't read the attachment" uh so no notification? BY THE WAY, i also typed it in body in case any 1 number looks blurry, Like whoops hoo another sucker we won't tell them and keep money! I too, like others on here, was placate with customer service answers. Working on it will be mailed next week, working will be by end of this week, will send tracking when shipped...IT WAS AND STILL DOES MAKE THE COMPANY LOOK INCOMPETENT! I finally received them, happy and giddy, my friend with me at time. I open, put on my face and IMMEDIATELY they fall off into my hand not floor by ****, didn't get my head lifted to show friend. FURIOUS! AND even worse the lens isn't even attached on left side. Frames too big, salesman and I TRIPLE CHECKED they fit! When tried at booth!!! Now THE ONLY response sorry Mail them back "we'll see what we can do" on my dime by the way. So get this right, THEY WANT ME TO ENDURE THAT NIGHTMARE AGAIN. NO THANK YOU! I WANT A REFUND!! CANT WEAR OUT OVER 599 DOLLARS I WANT IT REFUNDED. I SENT THEM PICSTURES TOO!
