Initially contacted PC on January 5, ****, with an image for customizing styrofoam cups. ****** was assigned to assist me with completing the order. The image I provided needed considerable work. Syisha was there, back & forth, providing guidance and recommendations along the way.Upon final approval, the end product turned out great. I appreciate ******'s diligence, patience and proffesional courtesy.

I ordered paper cups with my company logo for an upcoming charity event. ***** reached out to suggest wrapping my logo for an ************** - greatly appreciated! I did not realize the original image would be compressed due to characteristics specific to my image. Her thoughtful suggestion saved me time and money, and when the cups arrived they looked fantastic! The wrapping style produced a very clear font and image that extend three-quarters of the way around the cup - just looks great. ***** said I could also reference my order number for future orders, making it easy to order again. Ordered 100 ornaments and was told production time would be 5 days. So we'd just barely make our event date. But then I got a shipping notification within ONE HOUR!! Surely, that was a mistake, right? Nope. I don't know how they did it in the midst of what I'm sure was a deluge of holiday rush orders, but they did it. We'll definitely be ordering again next year. I needed some collateral printed up with a quick turn around time for an event. I called and discussed this with them and sent over my artwork. First they said they were unable to use the fonts (I had sent the fonts directly in an email). So I converted the image to a high-res *** file (800dpi 4096x4096) that more than doubled their "minimum requirements" listed on their website. The email response I received simply stated "the artwork was not good." This provided no helpful details on what needed to be fixed but of course they offered to "fix" it for a fee. I then sent over higher resolution versions of it with every potential fix I could think of. Once again the email response said "it was not good" provided no details and offered to fix it for a fee. When i called to check the status of the order after a final revision they told me the artwork wasn't "good" and also that they couldn't open it...yet somehow offered to fix it for a fee. How do you fix artwork you can't open? Now the kicker, every one of those emails was sent a day after my email was sent, so what should have been resolved quickly took nearly an entire business week and when I complained they told me, suddenly, that they WERE able to "fix" the artwork but unfortunately would no longer be able to meet my deadline.The lack of professionalism and timely responses are astounding. When i asked for the order to be refunded they agreed after trying to blame me for the "artwork not being good"Clearly, this business is no good.PromotionChoice.com

Hi *****,Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry your experience was not positive.Your artwork initially came over as a rastor art - not vector art that is needed for professional printing - required by all printing companies. Rastor art will not have crisp clean edges when used to print.In addition, your art had thin text with fine lines, and those fine details will be lost at print, which is another issue that had to be resolved, Had we just printed your art as submitted, you would have been extremely disappointed with the final results.We do have a freelance artist that works for us that needs to be paid for every artwork he clean-up and re-traces. This involves alot of work and could sometimes take up to 4 hours depending on the complexity of the art - it is not just clicking buttons and the art changes to a usable format. His work and labor definitely needs to be paid for and its not free, and we do charge an extremely reasonable fee of $20 for 1 artwork or $30 for 2 artworks, whereas many companies charge $60 for 1 artwork.While our freelance artist has the ability to open most file types, our reps only have the ability to open PDF, AI, EPS and other rastor files, not .SVG files.Because the artwork issue took some time to resolve, we lost a number of days. Labor shortage is rampant across the country at this time, and by the time it was finally resolved, your order would not have delivered on time.Again, we are sorry that this all had happened, but had you allowed us to have our artist fix all the art issues at the very beginning for a small fee of $20, your order would have been well on its way.Aaron F.

This response provides all the information consumers need to be aware on why to avoid this company.As you can see they've stated that I provided the artwork "as a rastor art - not VECTOR art." I provided a PNG file as well as an *** file. They stated they weren't able to open the *** file and weren't familiar with it.*** stands for Scalable VECTOR graphics. They clearly are not aware of common graphic formats.Why would anyone trust a company that doesn't know the difference between rastor and vector graphics to handle their artwork?Finally, the main concern was the lack of professionalism and/or details. It wasn't until they were reported to the BBB that any details were provided.
