    January 6 2025 i sent a package containing my daughter purse that she left in my car she drives a school bus and couldnt drive without her license i purchased overnight delivery with *** it took 3 days for delivery i paid 96$ for overnight delivery and it took 3 days and I have called the store at least 4 times and now they are saying no refund store phone number is ************** i have a receipt and tracking number which is 12H92G500101485761 i am on ssi and cant afford to be ripped off by *** Im hoping someone can help me with this issue

    Dear *****, I am sorry to hear that your shipment was delayed. I'm responding to let you know that your shipment was sent from The *** Store on **************. We are a different store, under different ownership, located at ******************. The tracking number reflects a shipping account that is not ours and we would be unable to assist with this complaint. I'm sorry that you have not received a response from that *** Store. Please direct your complaint to the correct business.
