    I moved to the ******* area almost a decade ago to take care of my family. Dealing with the local *** employees as well their managers has been a nightmare since moving up here. I've filed claims, made complaints and even sent an email to the *** of the company to ensure that some one knows just how terrible these people are. Almost every package within the last 3 years has arrived damaged and most packages are delivered days later or even handed over to **** for delivery. I've seen them use a dolly only once and the person still managed to drop two packages. He only used the dolly because he was being lazy! The packages were all very light but he didn't want to make a second trip! That man is still working for ***. Why no one uses a dolly for the heavy packages, I'll never know. *** "prides" themselves for being so "reliable" and for taking "good care" of customer packages but that has to be a joke because their idea of reliability and care looks a lot like laziness and carelessness. I spoke with the local office and the woman was anything but nice or genuine. It sure would be nice if all companies would start using ***** or the postal service instead. I might start receiving my packages on time and in good condition for once if that were the case. The more I complained about receiving damaged packages, the worse my service was. The *** Store in not a professional outfit here, in *************.
