      Good morning to all,I want to REPORT this office for not caring about patients mental health. Their phone service is the worst because it seems like there is a miscommunication between the office and The call center in *****. I support international BUSINESS but not lost in translation business. 1. I was told my appointment was in person. 2. I show up then I am told it is by video. I call the weird bot it http website and the Doctor barely interacted with me, and has a WALKING DEAD ?? look on her face like she does not comprehend. In CONCLUSION they need **************** classes. I am telling ****** too.Just cause I am on Medical does not mean I do not have STANDards. My Standards are even HIGHER now that I have SNAP, cause I like to SNAP back my hat when I am in des STREETS!!!! KA PPPPPPccccHH?       We are deeply apologetic for the inconvenience and the miscommunication that our team may have caused. We are continuously working to improve customer service and patient care throughout our teams. We take all complaints and criticism very seriously and will continue to improve our processes. We would like to make this experience as positive as possible and would like a chance to make this right. We will coordinate with our teams to ensure that this is corrected quickly. If given the opportunity, we would like to also present this patient with the ability to continue care under a new provider and we will contact them to do so. Again, we are deeply apologetic for the inconvenience.
