      I have been trying to dispute a bill i received from this place and boy has it been a nightmare. To start off, I have never stepped foot in any of their locations and actually have no idea how they even got my information, which is very my illegal and a clear violation of my HIPPA rights. They will not tell me when I had a visit, what doctor, or which facility this bill is coming from so thats absolutely great. Ive called their billing office and they were so rude I was completely flabbergasted that my asking for an itemized bill of what services theyre claiming I received. I have only ever had one psychiatrist and one therapist my entire life in LA county while all these locations fall outside of my medical coverage at this specific time period I received the bill. Im in utter disbelief that something like this could have happened as I now know these crooks have my social security information. Unfortunately, im being forced to pursue legal action to resolve this matter but hey I hope it was worth loosing your medical license over to whomever stole my information and had the gall to then charge me for it.
