  *************! Not even a year has gone by since they finished the work on our kitchen and bathroom remodel and our tile flooring is coming up and the grout is falling out. Cabinets falling apart. $1000 dollar dishwasher is ruined because they left a giant hole under sink and we got infested with rats that chewed the electrical cord. They didnt measure our kitchen and the cabinets are way smaller than our last cabinets so our fridge took 3 of the workers to push it back into place. And the dishwasher repair guy was unable to remove dishwasher due to the floor being built up to high and cabinet to low. They are rude, liars, and the biggest fraud company we have ever come across. We have had many contractors come in after they finished and they all are baffled by the nightmare work that was done in our home.

  Worst experience I have ever had with a business. We have been trying to get the flood damage from a leak under the kitchen sink completed since the end of July 2023. The custom built cabinet is 1 inch higher than the other cabinets in the kitchen. The dishwasher was improperly re-installed. The cabinet that contained drawers was built too wide to support the drawers and shims needed to be placed after the drawers fell down. The kickplates were not adequately attached. We made a repairman come back and fix the cabinet drawer problem, properly attach the kickplates and properly install the dishwasher. And now we have discovered that the garbage disposal was not properly installed and there is a new leak under the sink. Numerous texts, emails and phone calls were not returned. We informed the general manager of the problems. The uneven cabinet height was especially troublesome as we felt it would be a significant problem when we go to sell our home. Two months after the company finished their work, we got a final bill. In response to the bill we contacted the general manager and told him that we wanted the cabinet height problem fixed before we pay them any more money. The manager responded and agreed that the cabinet height is a problem and that he would make arrangements for repairs to be made. We gave him a date of January 30, **** to make arrangements for the final repairs to our kitchen or we would use the $4400 that we still owe on the project, to hire another contractor to finish the repairs and that we would not be paying them any more money. We have not heard a word from the manager so we are going forward with another company to complete repairs.

  All American Mitigation sent in teams for the water mitigation (Val) and complete floor and drywall repairs. The entire downstairs was replaced with better-quality life and waterproof flooring. The teams were efficient and communicated well. ********* did most of the flooring and was extremely positive and easy to work with. ****** and ******* are great managers in scheduling and communicating.

  It was an absolute pleasure doing business with All American Mitigation. They did very good and professional work and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. Not only was the work done well but the employees ( Val and B-rad) were very nice, respectful, and made me feel comfortable. I know who I will call if I ever have another problem.
